Jeff C its a Custom paper towel holder.,with black paper towels from a company called Renova. The chain is used as a gravity weight so the towels don’t blow around and you can pull your drum around with it if you have casters
c1run1 the purpose of burning is not just to remove the exterior paint, but also, to burn off the rust inhibitor on the inside of the drum. You have to remove the inhibitor before you can cook inside. The media blasting cannot be performed on the closed inside of the drum. The glass is coming back out of the drum just as fast as it’s being sprayed in
Can someone advise on the proper procedure to apply paint. For example, sand metal, apply X product as the first coat (maybe a primer), and the final finishing X product coat. I see the brand in the video but not the procedure of application ...Mostly concerned with temperature requirement for paint and also whether there is a pre-application to the final coat. .In advance, thanks for the support.

What’s in the second bung hole on the lid? Opposite of the smoke stack side. Great build. Love the colors
I really like the added features! Giving me a few ideas. I kinda wanna go with blue instead of your burnt copper but I'm not sure

Great looking builds. Question though, what is the thing on the side with the chain draped over it?
