First TH-cam added Recommended, so I thought it's a EV plane. But I found your efforts were awesome, hand made yourself. Thanks for inspiring others, try try try until things get done. Fantastic work 👏 👍
Nice video Simon. A long way from the roll we did in mine that time. Remember when I said "wrist" the down elevator when get inverted? That was so fun and funny too!!!
Beautiful footage Simon! This wing-mounted agle captures the RV and aerobatics perfectly. Aerobatics are really the best fun you can have, even on short flights
@@simonhitchen5649 I certainly will. just on the empennage awaiting wings and fuse to crate. Deposited on a new lycoming IO-360 M1b before the price rise in two weeks. Ill stay VFR probably with a garmin g3x...main job is flying an Airbus so just want to fly it on nice days VFR. hope i can build it in three years....gulp....
@@glennevans9416 I started VFR and flew it that way for 3 years. I recently upgraded it all to IFR and am really pleased that I did so. I only wish I had itbuilt it IFR initially. Im an A350 skipper and love the Airbus. Best of luck with the build!,
@@simonhitchen5649 I’m a 320 skipper…let’s say I’m getting used to the bus after 20 years of Boeing….maybe two more years and left seat 787 hopefully….then I can get back to the US to buy more goodies for it. Can I ask what prop and engine combo you have?
Absolutely beautiful video ... and RV-7! Nice job.

Thanks Peter, hard to beat on such a nice day.
Hi Simon. Im Glenn. Im building an RV 7 down under in New Zealand. This was an awe inspiring video I watched twice....Love it.
Thanks Glenn, keep on building my friend. I finished the 7 four years ago, upgraded it to IFR capable a year ago and love flying it. It’s a blast.
