Interior doesn't look dated to me unless your the type of person that just has to have the newest ot latest thing that's out.
I agree.. This car isn't about the interior, its about the driving experience
@@703Speed you want a nice interior because that is mostly what you are going to see when you use the vehicle, rather than the outside which definitely is dated by now.
@@denniss4951 that is true, but I care more about seat comfort and a fun driving experience than a fancy interior
2018 GT here. I like the retro look but classy touches of the S550 interior. It has enough tech but isn’t over the top like the 2024.

great car. I love the interior. Its got the right balance of tech and analog. I don't want to have a tablet for the entire gauge cluster. I think they have perfected this car from a performance and quality standpoint. Solid car.
I prefer analog gauges myself. I guess we're just old fashioned? ; ) If the tablets are fitted into the panel then would look nice to me.

I just purchased one of these yesterday. My 6 foot two tall kids wanted to make the trip with me to pick it up which was a 6 hour drive. On the way to get it one of them had to be in the backseat of my 2013 V6 Mustang, and on the return trip they discovered the ceiling height is a couple inches lower in the 2023 versus the 2013. I almost never have anybody in my backseat, but it can be done if you’re willing.

From what I heard tuners are having issues cracking these ECU's to tune them on a supercharger. Would have to go with a 2018 for a tunanle platform. Wish it was that easy!

For bigger and better tires you can go with the Performance Pack 1 for 275’snin the rear and 255’snin the front. They are Ultra High Perf Summerntires by Pirelli. Not as good as the Michellin PS4S they used to put on the performance pack circa 2020 and prior(once the Mach 1 -Non handling package came out it got these tires and the PP1 got the Pirellis) but they are way better than them All Seasons on the car in this video…
Love a Michelin tire. I bad P zeros on my Camaro, and they never really stuck unless I did a burnout - then they would get sticky. Ended up with Continental Extreme Contact Sport's, and they have been great
That doesn't have Brembo brakes. That only comes in the performance package.
Wrong it has four piston Brembo brakes not six 👍🏻

Point is, it does not have 6 piston brakes, Brembo or otherwise. Stock 4 pistons work well on the street, though.

Great review but you are incorrect about the Brembo brakes. They only come on the performance pack models.

That's goes with a lot of the things mentioned.
At one point you recommend getting the magnaride suspension for $1695. The problem is that you also have to order the Performance Package to get it, bringing the price up over $8,000.

Y'know? I've kinda grown fond of calling the Mustang GT with the automatic 10-speed transmission the 'A-10' after the tank busting plane.

Just a heads up, I have the Nite Pony package on the GT Premium, and you can go into Settings....Exhaust....and set any exhaust mode you want without changing drive modes (useful if you want it wide open but don't want to modify shifting, handling, etc)

What performance pack is this car? Trying to build one on ford website and I dnt see option for the active exhaust.
This doesn’t have the performance pack. You can find the “Active Valve Performance Exhaust System” under exterior options
So its normal with the engine whine sound at the startup of the car or hearing it in a parking deck? Almost like a super charger sound
I'm not sure as I don't live with this everyday, but all cars make funny noises upon startup sometimes
That whine sound is absolutely normal. The 10 speeds whine a little bit, nothing to worry about though! My 21 premium pp1 has whined since day one lol.
Wider tires result in tramlining. The car will pull or jerk going over the joints in highways or other road ruts or imperfections. Those issues only happen in the larger stickier tires like the 305’s.
The brakes are not 6 piston brembos 😊

@@janzesguerra499 No, I don't want a newer one. I like the body style of the 13 and 14 models, but don't like the changes they made in the 15 and newer models. I'm the same way with Corvettes, I like the C7 better than the C8.
Just spent 77k on a 2023 premium GT 6 speed. Mind you im in canada so everything here is absurdly expensive

Why all the same car I see for sale online, doest have the same gauge cluster or even the 1,2,3 settings on the door? They are same trim and year as this.
Those may have different packages than this one. Just remember: Just because it is the same trim doesn't necessarily mean it has the same options. For example, you could be looking at GT Premiums that are a 400a, whereas this one is a 401a
I look at the 401a packaged cars as "premium plus". Typically fully loaded out with the 401a, where as the 400a is less loaded.
That's a sweet ride. A car like that would be at home on the autobahn in Germany. If I still lived there that Mystang GT would be the car I'd be driving. And 0-60 in 4 seconds. Wow.
2024 You Kinda Look Like the QB of Tampa Bay Bucs. I'm Get a Used 2023 GT or a 2025 Ecoboost New One.
Nothing about a tire repair kit is cool. A spare tire would be cool.

S550 is good, although the styling leaves much to be desired in comparison to an S197 which actually looks like a mustang. Too bad though that the S197 platform didn't have IRS tho'.
I agree. I do like the early s550/gt500 design, but I’m not sure how I feel about the 18 & up. I do love the 13-14 s197’s

The dash on this 2023 is way better than the 2024. The 2024 dash isn't a sports car dash. Way too much computer screen -very bad look.

@@703Speed mach1 has a tremec! The 6 speeds only upside is the enjoyability of actually shifting the gears, the 10 speed will eat the manual up everytime though.
@@slegan240 yes, Mach 1 does have TREMEC and it feels may better than the mt82. 10 speed will eat it up everyday of the week

@@L42776 it says 101a but I think the guy who owned it before me really modded it, roush cold air intake, possibly roush exhaust from what I can tell, so it's definitely not making stock horsepower either
