No need for eggs or cornflour (cornstarch) velvet your meat using bi-carb soda. One table spoon in a bag shake and let it sit for 20min, good rinse under cold water then throw the meat in your fry pan or wok... thats what they do in Chinese takeaways !

We did 6 of them. Lili went through a phase where she thought she was a shaman for a few days. But I’m pretty sure one night she crapped her pants.. She denies it of course but I remain dubious about her shaman claims. So…6 days without a new video 😢. You must be a busy Sophie.
