Doubt she does them herself, but it would be awesome if so. Maybe she downloads them from a paid website or smthing like that, idk.
Generally you can purchase individual assets like those animations to use or you can subscribe to services that have a bunch of different animations/backgrounds/etc to select from.

I was in the middle of reading BUT THAT CAN WAIT-
I tend to work a lot, 3rd shift, I wake up a lot during the day, videos like these help me go to sleep in the first place and well in this case getting back to sleep, these help me stay asleep for a few hours at a time, other wise I wake up every 20 minutes

I've tried those ASMR sound environments in VR Chat and it's great
ASMRrequests has a couple VR videos up. I've never watched them since I don't have VR equipment, so I can't vouch for their quality.
If you have a headset you can click the three dots up in the corner and click “watch in vr”. I haven’t tried it so I don’t know how well it works, but I just know it’s there.
I rarely fall asleep in the middle of an ASMR video, and for some reason this one just gets me. 3x now I've fallen asleep (3 separate occasions). Maybe one day I can reach the end! Anyways, I've been subbed for what feels like about 10 years now, you're still one of the bests, keep it up!
I was getting such intense tingles while partly dozing from the sponge portion, and I began seeing flashes of green and Jen around me in my room. She somehow broke through the fourth wall. Crazy stuff.

You do excellent soft-spoken ASMR that doesn't sound overly breathy/whispery.. You also never seem to get super repetitious with phrasing or rely on 'clucking'.

I realize this is so random so take it as that. This is a dream gal. Most men don't know what it is like to be taken care of. I watch these videos to see what its like, I have ppl to take care of and I have some disability through pain I have to pretend isn't there, all I want is a little touching or attention like im a person worth keeping, but just some number to give paper with numbers to others. Im just so tired. A terrible truth is if I could be treated so kindly just once before I go iBooks do right after. Y can't imagine a higher heaven. Can u imagine this kind of attention or people being nice hahaha its impossible to imagine.
