Been dealing with some extreme anxiety due to detoxing from some illicit substances. watching this has allowed me to relax and sit still for the first time in a few weeks. Don't normally put my business out there like this but I just had to say thank you your videos have helped me keep a sane mind.
I know this comment is a few days old, but I just want to say I hope you're doing well + don't beat yourself up if detoxing doesn't go the way you want. If you want to stop using and it takes you a few times to get there, that's completely normal, and props to you for all that effort and determination. If you end up still using but using safer or just using less, that's also normal and can be a good choice for some people. Just take care of yourself (and drink water!)
