I've seen how people who claim to speak for God define justice... no thanks. If justice doesn't look like bodily autonomy, the right to be who you are and love who you love, is pro life (in that everyone has access to quality shelter, quality healthcare, quality food, and quality water no questions asked), against the exploitative idea that we have to work ourselves to death to have value (and make others rich) then I'll gladly pass on that plate. If your God is cool with all of those things then they're alright by me..if not that holy war sounds pretty good to me.

wha- haven't you listened to her first two albums or what? she's always been like this, and i'm glad she's becoming more vocal everytime with the matters that are important not just to her but to her fans as well.
music is a way to express our thoughts and most of the time to call out the wrong things happening in the world that affect us or the ones we love, music and politics have always been related. i personaly think this is one of her best albums, it's raw, dark, powerful...
if you want music that you can just dance/vibe to without paying attention to the lyrics i suggest you listen to other songs from the band or just to other artists that don't talk about their thoughts on real issues happening now in the world.
