New Mexico sky and Cooking Camp Dinner.

Just another one of my go - to meals!! I try to make simple dinners but I do enjoy them. I really don't eat out much guess I spend about $200.00 a month on food.....but eating out is just to $$$$$ and You never know if You will enjoy the meal. Cooking for myself is always good!!

I love how you make sure little man gets his meat all cut up into small pieces and is eating well before you do. You said your food is stone cold by the time you get to eat your meal, that's so funny and how sweet you are to little man! I usually cut up hot dogs like that before I'll serve it to my 3 dogs. If i don't cut it up then sometimes they throw it up, so I always make sure i cut it into small pieces for them too :o)

John, pro tip I was taught when you’re cooking pasta. A little less water in the saucepan and lay a wooden spoon across the top of the saucepan while it’s cooking. Your pot will not overflow. Love watching your videos, especially your cooking videos. Take care my friend.

I really like your view on counter top space gained by using an electric skillet. Stove tops are nice but having a nice flat surface to use for other things when not cooking is great when you're dealing with a small trailer.

Tip: cut the end off the cheese pouch. Place it mostly on the pasta with enough to grab hanging over. Place the lid on the pot. Holding the lid, give the pouch a yank. The lid squeezes all the cheese out on top of noodles. Tip 2: $Tree for $1.25 get a spatter screen (big round screen with handle). Place on pot while frying. Stops spatter. Also doubles as a strainer. Red spatula $Tree scrapes dishes/pots so clean hardly need wash.

I’d be putting sweet and hot mango habanero sauce on them. that’s my new favorite sauce and I thought I was done with hot stuff. It’s not really hot though. It’s got a bite. 🇺🇸Hey, John&Pup; That's how my dogs and cats Andi eat too. I cook 1/2 of the beans and the water in the can, with the steak, and the other 1/2 can of beans with the macaronie. Try using your finger, to rub Castor Oil, your pups teeth.

Could an older person with knee arthritis manage a scamp? I don't think jacking it up and down would be difficult, I'm just wondering if there are any times you'd have to lift it by the tongue and move it? I can probably pick up 50 pounds and carry it for short distances (like a propane tank is easy enough), I'm just wondering if there would be other aspects of a travel trailer that I'm not thinking about that I would have problems with my knee. Me and my husband are selling our 26 ft rockwood mini lite for a smaller trailer. I’m a minimalist. We don’t like hauling a big trailer just to go camping. A bed to sleep and a small kitchen to cook and a small bathroom to bathe .

We do spoil our dogs, dob't we? I do. My Marley looks like your Little Man but in silvers, soft gray. cremes, and tan. He turns 16 in June.
If you ever run short on meat, a simpke one dus meal is lima besns, cirn, diced onion and diced tomatoes heated in some bacon grease. To save some more I cook a littke rice in the lima bean and corn juice, aute the o ion in the grease, add the lima beans, corn and tomatoes then crumbke the bacon on top. Simple but filling.

Hello John & Little Man. Looks like a great super. Just those lima bean you can have them. I forced to eat them when I was a kid also peas & asparagus. Yes I heard the fan don't worry to much about the racket it makes. If keeps the heat down & sweat down too . Folks look at it this way with the sweat how far is the shower.

My man you can drain the noodles & pour the cheese 😋in the same pot with the noodles stir it - it’s done & you can save leftovers in the pot once it cools.
