Thank you so much, very helpful. Kept it concise yet still very informative.
Glad you found it useful 👍
Thank you that was one of the clearest explanation I have heard.
Love this
glad you found it useful 👍
Keep postin bro these vids help a lot💯
Will do. Glad you like them 👍
Do you have any videos where you explain why power training increases the rate of force development?
No I dont know the exact physiology behind it. I would think that it just comes down to enhances neural efficiency 👍
@@FlowHighPerformance1 Ok, thanks. I'll see if I find anything 😉
Great video, thanks!
No problem 👍
Can i train them both or you need to have sessions? Example you do bench press and then you have this 6 kg balls i forgot them name and you trow them on the ground or wall or you do heavy squad and then you do weight jump or squad jumps trap bar jumps ect
You could do them either together or in separate sessions 👍
@@FlowHighPerformance1 thanks
Are high-load ballistic exercises like the jerk and clean, better than low-load ballistic exercises like the squat jump?
I prefer loaded jumps since they are easier to learn. You can load them both heavy and light too 👍
Is there a set range of load to follow for the loaded jumps? In terms of load per bodyweight or load% of 1RM.
And the other question is
A is 60 with fatty body
And B is 60 kg with full mass and 2 times stronger than him
But both deilvers punch in same speed then who will hit harder?
A or B?
Both will be equal. However, a stronger athlete can probably punch faster
Mass× speed= force
Simply we can gain weight to increase force?
Hello brother i have a question
There are 2 person A and B
A is two time stronger than B in strength but A is 50 kg and B is 60 kg
And both delivers punch in same speed then who will hit harder?
Yes, increase mass will increase force - if speed is constant. In your example, athlete B will punch harder. This is why there is weight classes in most combat sports. However, if athlete A is 2x stronger, then they can probably punch faster 👍
@@FlowHighPerformance1 i love u so much bro .
U have cleared my all doubst .
Love u so much bro 🤍
