I’m more of a creative person so I was so drawn to the fact that I can study and have Space to write my notes. I love note taking, it really helps me focus and learn but after this review I’m getting the learning application as well 🙏🏾 I will use both to study
The bold lettering is referring to the scriptures in the Old Testament.... So that verse is also in the OT 👍 many of Holman bibles won't come in Red letter they want to stress the fact that the whole bible is the Whole Word Of God😻 P.s. this is NOT a Study Bible this is a devotional Bible two different Bibles completely 😉
Can you tell me what's the difference? I'm new to the Bible but really enjoying my NLT Outreach Bible. Only issue is it's been a few weeks and the Bible looks like it's falling apart 🙈
when u see the text in bold lettering in the new testament theres a letter by it,go look in the footnotes at the bottom an follow that letter it shows that passage in the old testament...

I been seeing this bible everywhere and am thinking about adding it to my collection however the version it comes in might be a deal breaker for me. Not sure about the CSB version and I wish they offered this Bible in other versions however one thing I am sure of is that this is a BEAUTIFUL bible.

Just came across your video, the bold letter in New Testament is for Old Testament references I know the red lettering for me is something I really like, that being said I actually underline in red ink everything Jesus says which made me absorb Jesus speaking more. I use She Reads Truth as a Devotional Bible and for the She Reads Truth Studies. I do have other Translation Study Bibles that I use for church or for my small group. Nice job on video

I have just added this Bible to my collection. My preferred versions are KJV NKJV ESV so I am expecting a learning curve with CSB. As I never got on with NIV or NLT. So will soo how this goes

I love the bible version. The only thing I do not like is the front cover. That little book on the front should read The Holy Bible. I love the devotionals, the timelines, the bible in a year, the apostles creed, and the maps. Beautiful rendition of the Good Book.

Thank you for your honest opinion on the CSB. I feel I am in the same boat with how you feel about it. The NLT continues to be my favorite go-to version, and while I’ve heard good things about the CSB, I still struggle to adjust to it.
The bold letter happens when it references old testament covenants or scriptures in the new testament from what I can gather from a few other reviews. It's a csb thing in general from what I understand.

I use my She Reads Truth Bible as a Journaling Bible. My favorite version of the Bible is the HCSB Study Bible. I have the Life Application Study Bible in the HCSB Version as well. I think that people that just get saved cannot ever go wrong getting the Life Application Study Bible in the NIV and I also like the NLT alongside the KJV. Lol That's just me. But I don't know... I love all these Bible versions (the good ones, anyway. Not the corrupt ones.) I love this in the NIV, AMOS, the LORD tells Amos to say "For three sins of Damascus even for four, I will not RELENT..." I LOVE THE NIV RENDERING. God truly is awesome. I am very much in love with my GREAT KING. But anyway, I also love the ESV and the NASB. Of course the NASB is a little harder to understand but I like it. I'm just such a huge fan of NIV. It's so easy for me and familiar. I do like the CSB AS WELL. I love how Old Testament scripture is BOLD lettering. I also love how in THIS CSB She Reads Truth Bible, the Gospel is given in the beginning. Like it talks about why we need a Savior. Love that. So it's good also for a newly saved person.
Thank you for this review. I am new to studying the bible and so many permutations is dizzying. I am going to look up the Life Application Study Bible and check it out. Since I am new to this, I went to a Christian bookstore and put myself into the hands of the clerk to help guide me to what bible to purchase. She did well in this task and I did settle on a devotional, as well, to get my toe into the water, as the Bible is like drinking from a firehose. The devotional is helping me to take sips and contemplate. I have been working using that for about a week and am starting to get acquainted with the Bible, its many books and their names. (total noob). I am so interested in the different types of Bibles! Sorry for the on and on, but I am feeling like I want to tell someone.
Doh! just pulled out the Bible I purchased at the bookstore and it IS a Life Application Bible. Mine doesn't have the red lettering you spoke of, so that threw me. I am diving in to learn more about this bible I purchased. Thanks again for the review and now affirmation.

I personally don’t like the she reads truth bible. I think the pages are too thin and I find the font really small so it makes it harder for me to fit all of my notes in beside it

Slightly off topic but would you recommend the new THIRD edition of the Life Application Study Bible? Or is the second edition fine enough? I hate that it’s been updated and now I’m not sure.
I have the NIV Life Application Study Bible in the 1st and 3rd Editions, both published by Zondervan. I love them both. There is a difference between the 2 versions with the NIV because the NIV translation itself was revised in 2011. As far as the study notes and content, I found them to be nearly identical. I’m not sure about the 2nd edition but the major difference between the 1st and 3rd was the addition of a second color (red in NIV) and some of the maps and charts were just located in different places. I did notice minor differences in study notes and have not thoroughly compared both versions page by page but looked up a few different character profiles, maps, and charts and the information was almost if not not completely identical in context. I also thought that the quality of the Bible itself, the leather, the boldness of the printing, and font, were of better quality and more appealing in the original version. I would say that if you have the second edition and are happy with it, unless your translation itself has been updated, that you probably don’t need the new version. It is of course a matter of preference. I hope that this helps.

Bazi! Hi there! Is this your first time getting charged? $75 seems pretty steep for a bracket replacement. I do know that the charges are set in place to keep you from eating things that would break them in the future. No one wants to pay over and over I’m sure lol. If you ask me, $75 seems abnormal :)

Not only do u have a ready plan... There are 66 different reading plans with extra verses to help you GO DEEPER!!! That's very important.
