The frogs are finally coming to Minecraft after the losing the biome vote from minecon live 2019, maybe there is a chance mobs like ostrich or iceologer could be make it in to a future updates (like for example: the iceologer could appear in a possible snow update)
Idk if im right or not but I believe they siad that all the boimes would be added eventually. But they haven't said anything about the mob votes. So I believe any mob or adition from the biome updates will evetully come, but possibly not the mob votes.
Normally Mojang said that all of the entries of the biome vote would be updated, but the winners first (that’s why the swamps are being updated) I don’t know if it is the same for mobs tho. Hopes it makes sense

I'd prefer voting for the phantoms since we just need to sleep to make them go away- I like going through oceans because some islands are small and sometimes for speedrunners, they might need to go to the other side of the island to just go to the stronghold..
It is likely that there will be a cave update soon. Mojang is hearing that the community is crying for a cave update and the added the functionality of vertical biomes with the nether update, which would also be essential for a cave update.
As a "final update" for Minecraft I would like a comeback of a major part or all the scrapped mobs from the votes of the many Minecons with maybe some redesigns if their function have been transplanted in other things

There's 465 present species of sharks. What do you want? A whale or basking shark, a lizard shark, a saw shark, a cookie cutter shark, angel shark, a thresher shark, an hammerhead shark, a bullhead shark, a dogfish, a carpet shark, a cow shark, an elf shark, a centrine, a sculpin shark...? I think the best would be the basking shark ont the whale shark.
Imagine a swamp update with massive trees that almost block out the sunlight, crocodiles or alligators, lizard mobs or frogs and treehouse structures. Vine bridges, witch villages- the list goes on!

My guess is most of these mobs will come eventually when Mojang updates their specific biomes. It's just a matter of time until we get updates for most of the biomes, either one by one in part with other updates, like the taiga with the village and pillage update, or in a bigger "Biomes" update, maybe even 1.19 or 1.21 or whatever the next bigger updates will be. It sucks that we know of so much potential they have up in their sleeves, but I think we just need to be patient enough. Imo Mojang has shown over the past few years that they've become smarter with their updates and are more willing to listen to community opinions, so I think it's very likely we'll see these things in a few years. Maybe not all of them and maybe not exactly as we've seen them as of now, but I'm very optimistic Mojang hasn't thrown away all their concepts, but are waiting for the right time to work on them and release them.
It would be really cool if for the final update could be called “The Forgotten Update” full of all forgotten features never to make it into the base game. It would be a really cool update especially because they could do more biome votes marking the update even more abundant.
the sea monster is the best, it explains how there is so many "shipwreck" (with treasure) on the seabed. also, not much player living under the sea (they prefer land/mountain and cave) so itz best to add-in. But no, that will never happen.
i sorta agree but its a kid's game and its ability to pull from boat and slowly and horribly drown someone to death doesn't seem to be very kid friendly plus the elder boye and trident drowned seem powerful enough to wreck ships the same reason why no sharks are there in game

i would like a thing that uncrafts things. think of it as the uncrafting table. if you put like a diamond sword in, you would get a stick and two diamonds, with tnt you would get sand and gunpowder, etc. if you had an item that could be crafted in different ways, (e.g. furnace, it can be made with blackstone, cobblestone, or normal stone.) you would be able to choose which stone you want, or you could get the stone you made it from. idk, i’ve been wanting this idea for a long time, and i’m sure other people would like it too.
@Red The Skeleton yeah that could be a feature too, so the game wouldn’t be very easy. it would help if you accidentally made a cauldron instead of a minecart or something like that. one thing to add as well, you should be only be able to uncraft it *if* you are the one that crafted it in the first place, or if it’s natural, anyone can uncraft it (or the person who broke it)

I really hope they add the deep sea leviathan one day, I want to be terrified to go on a sea adventure or explore underwater constructs. Right now the ocean is extremely safe. Also I know it wouldn't happen, but I love the idea of the vulture picking up a sword and promptly attacking the next player with it.

Minecraft should make an update called “THE update” where they add almost everything they abandoned
As much of a great idea that would be, it just can’t happen do to the level of difficulty’s it could add to new players and or might create new duplication glitches that can break the game, plus Minecraft is a SIMPLE game, a new person plays for one hour and they’ve mastered the art of everything, So if new players join Minecraft there gonna be frustrated with why they have this sea monster that pulls you underwater, this ice village that attacks you on mountains and this useless glowing squid that does nothing

My guess is most of these mobs will come eventually when Mojang updates their specific biomes. It's just a matter of time until we get updates for most of the biomes, either one by one in part with other updates, like the taiga with the village and pillage update, or in a bigger "Biomes" update, maybe even 1.19 or 1.21 or whatever the next bigger updates will be. It sucks that we know of so much potential they have up in their sleeves, but I think we just need to be patient enough. Imo Mojang has shown over the past few years that they've become smarter with their updates and are more willing to listen to community opinions, so I think it's very likely we'll see these things in a few years. Maybe not all of them and maybe not exactly as we've seen them as of now, but I'm very optimistic Mojang hasn't thrown away all their concepts, but are waiting for the right time to work on them and release them.

the sea monster is the best, it explains how there is so many "shipwreck" (with treasure) on the seabed. also, not much player living under the sea (they prefer land/mountain and cave) so itz best to add-in. But no, that will never happen.
i sorta agree but its a kid's game and its ability to pull from boat and slowly and horribly drown someone to death doesn't seem to be very kid friendly plus the elder boye and trident drowned seem powerful enough to wreck ships

i would like a thing that uncrafts things. think of it as the uncrafting table. if you put like a diamond sword in, you would get a stick and two diamonds, with tnt you would get sand and gunpowder, etc. if you had an item that could be crafted in different ways, (e.g. furnace, it can be made with blackstone, cobblestone, or normal stone.) you would be able to choose which stone you want, or you could get the stone you made it from. idk, i’ve been wanting this idea for a long time, and i’m sure other people would like it too.
