They are adding mandatory insurance which is i think good. Both tth and india hikes package are the same around 12.8k but there is no insurance in india hikes and thrillophilia is giving for 8-9k. I am confused which one to take since thrillophila outsources everything to 3rd party vendors. Could you please suggest which one is better india hikes or trek the himalayas?

Hi Megha...very informative video. I'm from Mumbai & interested to do chadar trek, but i want to know is the cold bearable. What are the effects of staying in such minus temperature.
Thank you for your comment. If you have proper layering than you can bear the cold. extreme cold weather tests your mental strength. If you keep your mind strong then you can manage it but the minute you start thinking it’s cold then it becomes difficult to manage it.
Just one. I did Kuari Pass trek. Every trek is very unique and has different challenges. In chadar trek, the biggest challenge is to manage cold. In night temperature can go down to -30 degrees as well.
