Poudre River Fun - Stevens Down

The Poudre River, one of Colorado's front ranges finest playgrounds, never disappoints in delivering fun. We had a crew of 9 on a warm Saturday afternoon. The river was running on the lower side of medium flow, around 3.1' Rock Gauge, enough to make it manageable spicy. Today was only my second flip all season, probably feeling a little too relaxed this day. July 3, 2022 @ 3.1' Rock Gauge.

There's some truth to that and I've really thought about this too. Most of the time, my brace and balance took over got lucky every day. My luck might run out this late summer or fall. :-D
