The reason all green lanterns never get along with batman: The first requirement for being chosen as a GL: Have no fear. When you are literally fearless, batman looks a lot less... batman...
if he was scared, he still would not get along with bruce..hal is fearless but batman is basically a fearmonger, they approach justice very differently
When Flash undid Flashpoint, it didn’t sent things back to normal, it created a new reboot multiverse called New 52. Originally the Justice League came together to fight Starro (the alien from the Suicide Squad film). In New 52, the fight Darkseid with a different set of members
I got confuse since Barry does meet Bruce in the end of Flashpoint paradox to gave the letter after he "reset" the timeline, but then in this film, they just met. So is it a prequel or just alternate timeline doesn't relate to Barry in the end of Flashpoint. Then I google the explanation was, it was a different Barry in separate timeline, however the connection between these two film was the flashpoint paradox caused the creation of this new timeline. So in a way, those Barry in flashpoint story were left out after it ended and it start a new story with New 52 timeline with the new Barry.
@@pero02review47I always interpreted that scene as still being canon but happening after justice league war. Flash has a new history and a new life in the “new 52” universe, and at the end of Flashpoint Paradox he wakes up in the middle of it with his memories and the letter to Bruce. Justice League War is showing the history of the new 52 timeline with a Barry who hasn’t gotten his memories of the previous timeline back yet.
@@pero02review47 No it is the same Barry but the meet-up b/w Batman and Flash is post Justice League formation. The reason it showed different might be because some New 52 events carried over to the current "Rebirth" Era in the comics.

32:05 So Homelander actually could have saved the plane. Fact is, if the plane can fly with one engine, a flying hero with super strength can push on one of the engines' frames with enough force to make the plane fly without breaking the wing, for what I hope are obvious reasons. Lifting a plane from some random non-load bearing spot on the fuselage wouldn't work for the reasons he said, but lifting a plane is way harder than pushing it fast enough it lifts itself. That's why most planes aren't VTOL. The controls weren't as destroyed as they look, Maeve would have been able to keep it level with the right seat yoke, and Homelander could have gotten out and pushed, acting as one engine. The wings would lift the plane like they normally do, and Homelander wouldn't have to. Maybe they'd have to land without landing gear, but that's survivable without superheroes. He was either being lazy or stupid. Possibly both.
Definitely both. They made a point to show Homelander moments of cunning aside is not very smart. And he definitely doesn't think plans through. He just coasted on the fact the company just took care of his messes and the fact no one could beat him in a direct fight. He could definitely have saved that plane he just didn't think it through enough.
39:18 Darkseid is actually bigger than that. The motherbox scales whoever passes through it to the dimension they're going, that's the reason it's the only means of transportation to and from Apocalypse/New Genesis. Ordinary teleportation just won't cut it.

Batman in the DC animated movie universe is voiced by Jason O'Mara who was Jeffrey Mace / Patriot in Marvel Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D in 2016-17, Wesker in Resident Evil Extinction, and was in one of my favorite canceled Fox TV series Terra Nova with Naomi Scott ( Kimberly in 2017 Power Rangers movie, Jasmine in live action Aladdin, & Smile 2) as his daughter.

"You know, according to homelander that's not possible." Not possible for Homelander maybe but Superman extends his own personal protective force field around large objects like airplanes when he lifts them.

Darkseid is a type of omnipotent deity in the comics. Superman barely manages to win and Darkseid only uses 30% of his power. If he used it at 100%, he would cause damage to the universe 100 times the raw power of Marvel's Infinity Stones.

Wonder Woman and Superman together is both very unpopular as a couple and actually does not make sense beyond a conceptual level. Their core character traits conflict. Clark's desire for a normal life compared to Diana's warrior personality don't really mesh. Also, they are both super powerful people in a world of weaker people, whom they seek connection with on some level. A relationship tends to detract from their stories rather than add.

This new universe is based on the Nee 52 reboot from 2011. That's why Superman is a jerk and Wonder Woman is dumb. They'll eventually fix it in the movies but this Superman canonically died in the comics and the real Post Crisis Superman returned.

Silus(?) only saved Sarah because he'd need to hire a new assistant and get her up to speed! lol
Don’t ever tell me Spiderman or any other hero is greater than Batman with the shit he does bro, just as a human he’s the goat 😭
Opinions vary bro, not everyone has Batman as their goat. He's my favorite but he's far from the best, on a moral standpoint Superman, Spider-Man, Captain America, The Flash are all greater superheroes. And yeah what Batman does is impressive but I'd argue what Iron Man does is even more impressive.
@ blah
Wait until you see Son of Batman

28:53 He doesn’t. This movie was inspired by the new 52, where hopeful characters like Superman feel a bit edgier
DCAMU every 2 weeks nice.
I was worried these may be longer cus it's movies and not a show
14:00 SHEMAR MOORE! From Sonic 2 & 3?? You guys are killin me.
can’t wait for the son of batman reaction
I love when Superman and Wonder Woman pull an Asuka/Shinji moment when fighting Darkseid. I wish they hooked up and made an A-ko!
I have to say this movie is better than the comic is based on.
Can’t wait to see your reaction to Superman vs Elite
Creatire commandos no more movies
2:36 What about the Titans live-action show on Max instead?
Man when they get to Apocalypse War lol...
Yall should watch the earlier DC movies like the Batman/Superman ones and New Frontier.
Another BANGER
omg if this wants to makes you want to rewatch Justice League and mentioning Batman Beyond, maybe you guys should do a DCAU watch :)
Wow how tf did i miss the morrow drop. Name should sound familiar, Yall should know him from young justice
Awesome that you guys started this, the DCAU is underrated and the movies were really good! This is the equivalent of the MCU for DC. Have fun!!
"bananas and Lost"
38:46 instant Classic
I love the DCAU the best dc universe I love this Superman suit probably my fav
This new universe is based on the Nee 52 reboot from 2011. That's why Superman is a jerk and Wonder Woman is dumb. They'll eventually fix it in the movies but this Superman canonically died in the comics and the real Post Crisis Superman returned.
they are both alive actually he is just one of the many in the multiverse now.
@@jacquesmassard9226 I'm pretty sure he was absorbed, namiekian style by post Crisis Superman in Rebirth or Doomsday Clock
What is dumb about WW? This is literally her first outing in Man's World.
Yeah. You guys are right. Green lantern is like yamcha in this universe😂
i find it funny how many people think this Superman is mean just cause he is not Reeves.
FAX I can't stand Superman fans that get mad at New 52 or Absolute just because they're not the Reeves version or act like the Reeves version is the definitive whenever Superman has to be created.
I mean, Superman in the comics is never this initially cocky either.
The whole first meeting without talking would never happen first outside of the DCAMU Continuity
@TheSaharay1 If you ever can read the Golden Age Omnibus and you will be surprised at how different he is from the Superman we have now.
When you say first meeting, you mean the League or World's Finest?
* sigh *
Welcome to the DCAMidU.
