- This is 19 minutes of Einstein and Jeff in the office hanging out together. Einstein practices the word beautiful, or as he says, "Beutah". He also wants to go see squirrels and go outside. Marcia is in the next room editing Einstein video. If you listen you you can hear Einstein's voice as she edits. Einstein occasionally reacts to his own voice by repeating the recorded vocalizations. He also imitates the sound of Jeff drinking coffee. During the course of the video he makes up some of his own silly words and phrases. Some sound like gibberish, he will do this occasionally to practice different sounds and because he knows it will make us laugh.

Einstein Parrot is a very talkative African Grey Parrot! He lives with us in our home in Texas and was hatched on June 15, 1997. Einstein is a silly, smart, and popular parrot who loves to talk and entertain! He is famous for his impression of Matthew McConaughey, ( • Einstein thinks Matthe... ) NOT the "Einstein" that was featured on the TV show Animal Planet. He likes to talk on various "parrot approved areas" in our home, such as the kitchen drawer, the shower, kitchen chairs, napkin holders, and of course his play perches! Einstein has brought much joy to our lives, but training and living with a parrot requires time, patience, and sacrifice.

When he said I’m going to get you I melted. What an adorable baby. I am researching a ton and preparing my home to rescue a Parrot and give him or her a happy rest of their life with love and attention as part of my family.
I'm watching this again cause I never can get enough of this little fellow.no matter if I saw hundreds of videos of him I'm still amazed by him.
I think its incredible that nature blessed us to get a peak of another species actually communicating in language form

His ears are small holes on the sides of his head. They are covered with feathers.
Unfortunately I couldn’t be with everyone yesterday. Had a Birthday 🎂 🎊 to attend. I had 2 African Grey parrots, unfortunately I died a few months ago, he was 55 years old. I now have Molllie she is 44. Mollie & I love 💕 to watch Einstein! Thanks for sharing him with us.

Interesting thought Einstein has, to say “clock chicken”. One thinks of rooster crowing in the morning, a sort of wake up clock. Einstein is in Texas, sounds like one of our friend Gary Shaub’s kind of names for his birds. That’s good we are in Texas together. There is African Grey in San Diego, gave comment there. Friend (and among first neighbors here among rural acreages) Gary Shaub raised African Greys, among other birds. He had the banding too. Would be wonderful to know where he is, maybe in Ohio? Miss our birdman and good old Gunther, his protective African Grey. Also miss my Bill, my Dad, how he communicates with the animals, including humans, and owls, and nature and Earth. Animals chose us, we never “own” them. We care and love.

I had 2 African Grey parrot’s, sadly I lost 1 a few months ago. He was 56 years old. I now have Mollie left & she is 35. I take good care of her& don’t want anything to happen to her. She is after all 35yrs old ( I know that she can live much longer ) I put Einstein on my TV & even though I know they didn’t watch it , they picked up some whistles and a few words from
Einstein. Mollie & I Love ❤️ Einstein!

I really dont even see him as a bird anymore...I mean still, you have to respect the fact that he is and always approach him with that in mind as they are always unpredictable. But he isnt just rambling...He makes words by association and by being responsive...I watch him everyday (even though I am never available to watch the live broadcasts) and he brings me so much happiness. I laugh hysterically when he says "It's good" and "You alright?" there is so much expression. Recently I watched him cuddle with Jeff and that was SO AWESOME. I am sure that took time to develop that relationship. I still want to visit him so badly and just look into his eyes....He is like a friend i haven't met yet....(I am in Dallas) just putting that out there....hint, hint, hint
