Yes sir!!! 14 inch Magnaflow is what I put on my new gen ram, reminds me of the flowmaster 50 series delta flow. Deeper rumble, no noise in cab at highway speed. Once you get on it you can hear it.
I know this is 2 years old…does your magnaflow drone at all? I tow a camper frequently & every time I change exhaust on a truck it seems to drone especially in 7th or 8th gear.
2016 Ram 5.7. I had installed a new better flowing y-pipe with new 3" exhaust pipe to the 14" magnaflow and leaving the stock resonators on with B2 Fabrication 5" tips.You can calmly talk in the cab, but it will let you know when you put the pedal down, deep sound and I'm going to install the B2 Fabrication resonator delete kit soon too.
Both of them sounded great, but i think i'll stick to magnaflow because of the deeper sound you get from it
The super 10 is better, but they both need to get the resonators off

@@user-ez2bs3fq1x it’s been a good moderate sound. Highway no annoying drone. If you have the 5th gen ram be sure to plug or close the resontator weep holes to clean up the sounds. It’s real airy with them open
@@user-ez2bs3fq1x I just had the rear resonators cut off and put 5” dual wall tips on. Sounds amazing now and idle and cruising is not much louder. Accelerating sounds amazing

Remove all the resonators and let the mufflers do it’s job lol. True Duals especially. And I would stick to the Magnaflow.
Resonators don't really muffle anything... they remove the frequencies that cause drone. When removed you're hearing the tones they originally canceled out making it "sound" louder Thats why they'll tell you to remove the rear ones by the tips but keep the ones that are under/around the cab area. What MangaFlows are perforated straight through glass packs. lower RPMs it flows through the outside making it mellow, then when you're WOT, its like a straight through pipe. Was looking at the MWA, then realized everyone ran the name branded muffler and went different. Hand welded, late80/90s circle track tech. Zero drone and has everyone asking "what muffler you running? Because I dont know that sound" Spintech.

I've never cared much for Magnaflow, but they sound pretty great on these trucks. I'd like to hear them without the resonators.
The Flowmaster at 4:19 sounded great! Both sound good though.

I had a 14” magnaflow and liked it until I added long tube headers and catless Y pipe…and took off all resonators. Then it sounded like dog crap.
Swapped it for Flowmaster super 10’s.
I love the sound of the MagnaFlow! I want something mild. The factory exhaust sounds good outside, but inside i can't hear anything ever. If I could, I'd be happy. My 88 Bronco with a 5.8L 351 Windsor, exhaust cut off after the headers and single exhaust out the back with glass packs was VERY loud! It sounded great! Until you drove several hours. It drove me nuts, so I just want something easy sounding. I think this will be great!

The smoke gray 2019 Ram with 14inch Mangflow exhaust system is the winner cause other Ram 1500 with 10inch. Flowmeter system was bit soft & quite.
Magnaflow-made in the USA, Flowmaster-made in China. Please, its too easy
It’s obviously a different motor but the super 10 sounds a lot louder without being clappy with true duals and 2 stock cats on my gem 1 raptor, if the white dodge is worried about losing cats a straight pipe will probably make it sound mean af on a hemi. I have a Chevy and a ford and my favorite sounding motor is a hemi 😅 I can’t help it
I like the tone of the MagnaFlow muffler but it is not a good camparison. If you are going to use an aggressive series of Flowmaster then use an aggressive MagnaFlow like a Magapack.

Labor is area specific. Depends if you want to do it or have it welded. Looks like $130 for the MagnaFlow.
I think I would have removed the resonators on both just before the tailpipes.

I just got my 2021 1500, and still pretty new to truck world. Anyone know what exhaust is the best for people living in NC? The stupid annual inspection made me wonder what kind of exhaust we can pick
That resonator also came on the 2019.5 too cause I have 3 of them on my 2019.5 limited
If I bought a ram I would just do a muffler delete and bigger tips. The resonators will keep the noise at bay.
That flowmaster would sound a whole lot better without those resonators

They're going to come back and get smoke stacks behind the cab. Straight pipes with 6" tips that are going to balance the backpressure and use the sound waves to help propel them forward to more MPG'S and less emissions

What is a very loud aggressive Muffler no matter what type I've already had a muffler delete and a wide pipe put in too much Drone can you just put in say a super 10 where the Y pipe is in the Y pipe that's already been installed in the muffler delete I want a very aggressive low tone sound constant not just what I'm on the throttle

I deleted the muffler, it was harsh and not for me. My muffler guy recommended the same MF , I love it but after a month or 2 the drone bothered me… took off the resonators and I like it much better. Drone is very minimal, much better sounding.
They both sound stock to me. Magnaflow has a more aggressive sound out of the two but not super impressed.

На средних и больших оборотах много высоких частот на мой слух. В идеале убрать высокие частоты!
Как бы на рядной шестёрке AMC 242 4L сделать звук выхлопа как на V8 !?) Знает кто?)
It will be hard to many any inline six sound like a v8, v8 have a deep toke that you can’t replicate with anything other than a v8
