Week 29: Bodybuilding and the ketogenic diet.

  • I'm a numbers guy, but I can't count. I say week 30 I'm the video, but it's week 29. Regardless, I felt strong all week. My strength is going up and my ability to consume food is increasing... Just in time to go on a cyclical ketogenic diet. This will help me burn off some fat and give my digestive system a bit of reprieve for a few weeks.
