And the AI can generate extra or maybe unnecessary information thus this is different conventional Noise cancellation. Clear Calling was first introduced in Pixel phones and since Samsung and Google are sharing their R&D team we are seeing this in Samsung as well.

As a samsung fan, samsung ai it's definitely overrated. Everything that galaxy ai does already exist on google lens and google translate, for example on screen translation or circle to select (with the only difference that you select using a rectangle instead of a circle). (the rectangle selection it's even automatic, you don't even have to use fingers if it nails the image you're looking for)

There’s a lot more to the Ai features than just that. You should probably explore it more, see Settings > Advanced Features > Advanced Intelligence, and you’ll now see an overview of all the features. If you select each option, you’ll be able to customise the settings for said features.
Even if they do port the features over, many of the features won't be free for long and will cost you. I believe Samsung will be charging customers as a subscription service for those features after the end of 2025. I think it is a shame they'll be charging you for the features since they are already selling the phones at such an expensive price. The S24U is literally the most expensive phone on the market (aside from foldable phones)

And they also made the base SoC for iOS in their early days. Props to Samsung. The Chinese competition may push Samsung to their limits but they already had the material, It's just not mastered yet. Their build quality for their entry level devices is already at top level. I'm an entry level-low end Samsung user for almost 12 years now and I can say they don't differ between the series' when building smartphones, they're always solid. Even from the J series.

Most phones have had 'this' feature for years, such as the Iphone, Google pixels series and samsung anc. It this actually done in a very different way. Artificial intelligence is actively listening and analysing the mic disturbance at much deeper level, distinguishing voices, noise e.t.c this enables the phone to better separate and keep the voice clearer and more natural compared to the others.
Android used standard voice isolation techniques first. Apple then adopted this and later reintroduced the feature as user controllable (microphone mode in control centre, when mic is being used in a call etc.). Then Ai came along and Samsung is now using it to identify, analyse and cut out voices & noises that otherwise wouldn’t be possible.
It's also available on iPhones but with more options: Standard, Voice Isolation and Wide Spectrum. The last picks up inaudible sounds and passes them through a call
I don't want any reason for them to record and store my phone conversations. I don't use Samsung (or Apple), but if I did I'd read the TOS to make sure that feature works on the device only and audio/transcript data isn't transmitted anywhere.

Using A04 and it has two mics...one is on top of the phone and the other one is on the down side...the one on top is the noise cancellation mic

I just got the 24 ultra yesterday. Even without this option, the clarity and quality of the calls are noticeably improved.
This was present in the previous one UI update but it is now made much simpler than previously( where you have to manually turn on everytime)

Samsung had this since jelly bean (4.1) in 2012 or so called noise cancelation. Nothin new and Apple uses this by default with two bottom mics

You don't need to receive a call in order to activate it, you can also do it when you make a call as I just tried it and found out.
