Shoutout Latham Ransom. Shoulda been Bullet of the week. That one play where he came across the field and tackled the guy for a loss, you don’t see that much here. He’s been outstanding this year from what I can see

Just wondering who was the greatest college coach of all time? (Saban). Was he ever happy? I think not.

Step 1: Get the rest of the position groups to match the aggressive intensity & competitive excellence of Coach Lock’s RB position group, because, they are doing it at a different level than rest of the team, period

I wonder if you guys are watching the same video replay as I am? Are we teaching the stand-up, let them get under our pads, and surrender leverage technique when blocking for the run game, or passing game for that matter? Do we teach our guys to fire off the ball, staying low, and driving the defender down field anymore? All our blocking seems like a half-assed attempt at zone blocking where we just lay on the defender and hope to turn him away from the hole. Will better defenders not be a able to blow-up these blocks and penetrate to the backfield? Have you noticed our most fundamentally sound players are largely transfers like Downs, McLoughlin, Simmons, and Judkins? What am I missing? Anyone?

You are missing the knowledge to correctly assess how the team is playing.

I’m also gonna play devils advocate. I tend to be positive after big wins and any faults or struggles “oh it’s crappy non conference opponent” but it seems like we have this convo every year and turns out we were right, the thing we “overreacted” to ends up biting us in the *^% on the big stage

Im not so sure Will Howard has the "deep bomb" in his arsenal..it would obviously be nice to have, but i dont think its absolutely mandatory to have it to be a championship contender-level team, either. Especially not with the skill we have on the parameter and in the backfield..but yea i dont think he has the arm strength for consistent (and accurate) bombs.

Could have given out Silver Rubber Bullets based on the way they were bouncing backwards off blocks

Not happy with defensive front. They were getting pushed around way too much.
Also not happy with special teams. 3 consecutive kickoffs out of bounds is ridiculous.
    Super happy with offensive play.

Both Ryan Day and Jim Knowles say exactly the same thing every week. They are never satisfied with how the team played.

If its natty or bust then nothing is going to be good enough. Which is why Ohio State fans demanding a national championship or it's a failed season is absolutely stupid.

Bill: Seriously⁉️ - the defense was Awful in 1st half and only a non contact injury to Marshall QB due to bad field turf kept Marshall from hanging 30 points on OSU’s Soft Batch Defense

The fact they took the opening kickoff and drove 75 yards consuming half the 1st quarter is concerning being it was Marshall.
