I love your content! Your take on the pomodoro method is so true, i always felt like a slave to the timer when using it, so i stopped after a couple of days. It does really take up to 30 min to enter a state of flow. I am a visual person and have a hard time to always be aware of my goals when i dont see them. Do you have your goals always visible when you work? Or do you write them down every day? I really like your accent. I do the free weightlifting workout programs of caroline girvan here on youtube, and she has the exact same accent - i love it! Thank you very much for your valuable content.
