You can say we are the most "Uncle country" in the whole world. Nothing enthusiastic is appreciated. It's also the fault of people also. The automobile community should raise their voice. But the fact is that the auto enthusiasts in this country are a small community. They aren't big enough for the government to take notice and the government always wants to fill it's reserves with challans as it is a big source of income for them anyways. Really good video.

I agree with you brother maybe that's why cars which give a Nitro rush in your veins like Supra mk4, Nissan GTR r35 Mitsubishi skyline etc are not in india. Cause lets be honest even if you have a McLaren GT it makes no sense that you buyed this car in india cause you can never reach the full potential you can never drift you can never do a race you can never do a burnout. What is the use of buying that car just to drive 5kmph infront of others to showoff their status.
In India people just stick to things like bike matlab royal Enfield car matlab Mahindra Thar or SUV.
That's why they were never exposed racing car culture

@@venti1051 You're wrong there. A roll cage is a very serious health hazard until n unless you're driving around wearin a helmet inside your vehicle. In case of an accident, your head will get smacked on it n split right open regardless of whether you've a racing harness or a normal seatbelt on. That's the reason why cars with roll cages aren't permitted on track unless the driver n passenger have helmets on. Some tracks even have a mandate wherein if you don't have foam padding around your roll cage especially in areas where you're most likely to come into contact with it, you will not be allowed to drive regardless of whether you've a helmet on or not. The only exception to this is if you have a half cage like that in the Porsche GT3/GT2 RS.

It's totally judicial outreach, this decision is helping car makers to pocket more money, useful features like led lights are only given in top end varients which forces common people to buy these overpriced variants because changing headlights also comes under modification banned by courts, courts have no interests about penalising contractors for such a poor roads in India.

    • @99Teutons

      That's not the reason
Stock modifications like adding airbags and changing to LED lamps can be done in any car. Just take the car to your local garage and get it installed. My friend got his lights changed from halogen to LED and got fog some extra lamps installed.(no RTO permission needed)
The main problem is the boomer nature of supreme court
Unko lagta hai car modifications means nitrous and superchargers hi hota hai isliye unhone blanket ban laga diya. They should've at least allowed wraps, spoilers and other body works which make no difference in performance. However they took the easy way out. Instead of researching and determining which mods are unsafe and encourage racing and banning them. They took the easy way out and banned modding entirely

The main issue is judges and politicians making the decision and making bogus claims don't know what they are talking about not to mention the laziness of these useless filth in our nation.
I hope and believe the youth of our nation come together to make this country better than it ever was and drive this nation towards a brighter future.
Power needs to be taken from the old bafoons who think they know the country but the truth is they do but only a few decades late

I remember watching some random videos of people from these poor south East Asian countries who literally made working go carts/cars out of cardboards and that was so epic aur wahi India me apne wood se bane trucks chala sakte ho lekin apni bake par additional safety attachments nahi laga sakte

You said one main truth bro. "It is tough for Mechanical engineers to find a job." It's absolutely true bro.
Even getting job in mechanical service industries has become a big deal, forget about getting a job in OEM/ product based companies.

The problem isn’t the law, the problem is that laws like this are being passed but other laws that may be way more important for the safety of the country are still in waiting list.

Hats off to you, it never occurred to me why repainting cars or bikes causes accidents in the first place. I mean I kind of understand modifications but come on! Changing paints should be legal. Why do they care whether my car/bike is blue, red or green? Certainly this is government overreach.

U can change the colour of the car but then RC needs to be updated.

@@sairoadways4365 why is the color mentioned in RC in the first place? Just a chassis number and model of a car / bike is enough information.

It is really sad that we can't mod the car,the car which we paid the money for than paid the road taxes but no you can't put big tyres or a wrap on it.instead of making strict rules on serious topics we will ban modding.well done.
