Also as for SF6, its probably his TV having like massive delay compared to a gaming monitor or oled screen with 1-0.03 ms input delay. the game is locked to 60 but Consoles have a form of Triple buffering Vsync which also adds more delay, Not refresh rate or Frame rate thats the problem. (yes youre right its fractions of MS's that he won't benefit from too)
Actually insane he skipped that terrible fallout montage. Because he really does need to watch the whole thing and decide if thats the kind of content he wants his “legacy” smeared with on the throwb-ack channel. That channel desperately needs quality control that but Phil refuses to even watch the changes they make to his content for more than 1 minute.

The last time I saw cocaine in person I was at a friends house, he was having a small get together. I was there for the weed, then my former middle school principal walked in, all said hello and talked a bit. Then he was like “let’s go” and pulled some snowsugar out of his pocket and grabbed a tray, and I was like… Nah I just want weed. But he was like “this shits expensive so it’ll be a few years before we get more, ya sure?” I just started smoking and grabbed one of the Nintendo controllers. My small town was and still is, so fucked. Everyone’s on drugs there, openly too
