→Single living fetus is seen in the uterine cavity at cephalic presentation at the time of examination
→FL, HC, BPD, AC suggestive of 19 weeks 00 days of gestational age size Expected date of delivery as per by LMP-04/11/23 by CGA-09/11/23
Liquor volume is mildly reduced (25.3 mm)
Placenta is fundus & body anterior & placenta appears mildly thickened
No placenta previa or Retroplacental clot is seen. No placental calcification is seen →Fetal body movement is visualized but sluggish at the time of examination
→Fetal heart rate is normal & regular. (139 bpm)
Fetal echo is not done at the time of examination
→Approximate weight of fetus is 265 +/- 39 gm.
→ Os is closed. Cervix measures-30.8 mm
Cord could not be visualized around the neck
Bilateral renal pelvis of fetus appears normal
IMPRESSION - Single living fetus in cephalic presentation at 19 weeks 00 days of
gestational age size with mildly reduced liquor volume (mild oligohydramnios) with sluggish fetal body movement
Mildly thickened placenta in fundus & body anterior
