@@wanderlustingwithjoe Very cool. I lived in On Nut for a little bit. Love that neighborhood. I am cruising until May & then heading back to Thailand. Going to set up a home base there. I really like that True Digital Park area and condo concept. Definitely think I am going to try to find a place there.

@@shardonay2 it’s very convenient here .there is a BTS station near the building. And the shopping mall in front of the buildings ,there are lots restaurants and 7-11,tops in the mall. I really like living here.

Thailand is a great place for digital nomads if you ignore that they provide no feasible path to have a legit work permit to actually do work digitally while visiting. You can be arrested for working without a work permit.

Thanks for the nice video. Got a short-term appointment at True Digital Park and this got me a great overview before moving there. Do you know how short-term rent works in Whizdom? Can I just walk in and ask for a viewing and negotiate the deal? I clearly have no idea and your insight will be tremendously helpful. Thanks!

Thanks for your kind comments. I do not know condo rental details beyond what is in my video. However, I just walked directly into condo office on premise and they immediately showed me several condos. They were very kind and helpful. Hope this helps you. 🙏🙏🙏
