Here is an example that made me pay attention to what you were talking about. I do pay attention to the nutritional lifestyle I have chosen. One I recognized that I will "treat" myself when I have been "good". A Peanut Buster Parfet at DQ, wait, with Carmel ADDED! 🤔😯 I treat myself with the very thing I avoid! What? I think we all do that in some way shape or form. I decided that it wasn't a criminal act, but it was important that I not make it a treat. It's a craving. It should not have that kind of power on me that I will lie to myself that all of the sudden it is good for my health. That is just a minor example of how we deceive ourselves to justify the experience. It's not a treat, it's a craving and I am not going to die from my choice but it's not a treat. It's not even a weakness. It's all how we define our choices. LMAO Thank you as always Caroline. Much apprciation for your teachings.
