    Dude I have to say you're like the realist representation of how a normal fit person looks. So many fitness videos show guys who are really buff teaching us different workouts. I dont really like those videos because it makes me feel self conscious. I always wanted to see a regular skinny/fit person do the workouts because I feel like I'd get into it more and be more relatable. So thank you for making me feel motivated to workout more!!

    Love this! Doesn’t take up much room. I ride every two hours for 15 minutes and get my 10,000 steps done!

    So happy I found this video, I am just getting back to exercising from illness. Haven't been able to stay on elliptical for 10 minutes you kept me going for 20 minutes. Thank-you so much. Hope I can walk tomorrow so I'll continue!! You are a great inspiration.

    Been looking for some good HIIT workouts to get better use out of my elliptical, to help me lose weight! I hate going to the gym because I’m a shy person and hate working out in front of people! LOL. I do all of my workouts at home. These are fantastic!!! So glad I found them! 😁

    I just started doing HIIT last week on the elliptical and all I gotta say is wow!!!! It’s very intense!!!! I can understand why they only recommend a few days a week doing this. Needless to say that 1:30 rest period is much needed👍

    Thanks for the continued enthusiasm. Been at it for 6 months. HIIT Tempo training now. Heart rate above 140 for 13 of 18 minutes. Gosh darn it, feeling amazing!! Lost 20 pound of middle age paunch.!

      I just started it last week and during that 1:30 second recovery period my heart rate didn’t get below 141. Very intense that’s for sure but damn it felt good 👍

    WOW just did 15 Minutes of the Eliptical... I am coughing my headoff... Great Workout though.. I am looking forward to 3 times a week to do this program... Going to go an take my NO.NO2,NO3 precursor for Recovery... my 90 day goal is to burn off 30 + LBS... Thanks !!!! Dana H.

    I'm a hockey player (I'm 12 by the way) I've found these HIIT eliptical workouts to be very helpful with me on the ice, loosens up my legs and arms and helps build my conditioning, great job! Keep up the good work! 👍🏒🥅

    I’m 13 doing this I feel really good! I’ll be doing this 3 times a week for a month and come back with results!! I started low but didn’t do anything this actually was a challenge and could tell this one was better thank you for this video! It also felt good because it was like someone was there doing it with me!!

    Thank you Dr. Kevin for your video: "INSANE 15 MIN ELLIPTICAL HIIT WORKOUT" when short on time this is my go to to ensure my WHOLE body is taken care. Did I mention I am dripping sweat at the end. 14 out of 20 on the level scale, BUT cranked up to 17 on the last set. AWESOME!💪

    I would normally do long runs but due to an injury .i started elliptical hiit training. Its a lot easier running 10,20,30kms .thanks for the workout.

I follow also TABATA methodolodgy and I know I will loose weight like I want. thank you very much for your job because in France, there is not enough vidéos about how to practice HIIT with elliptic.     Did this one for the first time today. 7 out of 20 warm up and cool down times, 13 out of 20 on hard hitting times. Great workout, almost didn’t make it, but kept pushing myself

    I know I commented before but just an update to the metric curious folks out there. This is my 4th time doing this workout ... my resting heart rate is about 60 and I am 45 years old.. I am relatively fit 190lbs 6ft2 medium build
    The reason I like this workout and recommend it is because of the way it makes your heart rate spike (nature of HIT)
    When I start 30 seconds after the first round my heart rate is at 154 and over the 90 seconds comes down to 146... I push 15 which is 3/4 of the max on my precor elliptical.
    Each round thereafter my heart rate increase at the 30 second after because of fatigue and the elevation increase I add 1 every round.
    By the last round my heart rate is at is max of 170 and it takes the 60 seconds to get back to 158 ...
    So over the 30 mins your heart rate will increase and will never fall down because you are getting ready for the next event.
    Lastly since I have heard the dialogue here a few times I mute it and put on the ccaptions to know what round we are on.. it’s easy to see when your need to be ready for max effort thanks to the Ted signal and timer... that allows me listen to my own tunes in the background.
    I love the simplicity of this HIT that works so well... many thanks to the good Doctor.

      Didn't get the courage or motivation to repeat it until today, which is a week after :)
      Hoping to bump it up to twice a week. Also reduced the resistance a bit today to avoid death by workout primarily
