Hey, if you like india so much and financialy very fit .I reccomed you to buy bike and travel mountains side of india specialy Himachal pardesh , utrakhand and north east But i highly reccomed you to southern madhya Pradesh if you are looking for green mountains with river b/w them and water falls. it's also famous for its wildlife specialy for tigers.Lastly most of the foreigners do mistake that they spent much time in boring indian dumb cities and don't see what india is really about. If you will travel by road you may find beautiful villages and totally different culture from cities.

I run a travel company, while there is diversity - The facilities in a bunch of other places are not up to the mark. The accommodations, food quality, transport connectivity, safety, ease of access, tour guides, quality and safety of experiences and a lot more things are either not up to the mark or inaccessible. Most people that come to India have a limited number of days, and would want to spend time to experience rather than travel and keep hunting. There's a reason why some places have more tourist influx, better hotels, more options for hygeinc food, better quality guides, variety of experiences.
The chaos and energy of India must be something else to experience firsthand! The part about the cows casually strolling through traffic was mind-blowing. Have you had any other surreal moments during your travels?

you should also go to northeast India that part of India is one of the biggest tea producer you must have heard about "Darjeeling" its a city that produces high quality tea and Assam state (provinces) is also well know for its tea it is the largest tea producer and exporter of indian more than 57% of tea produced in India is from Assam alone

What's the effect of fog when you have to run on a single line? Delhi gets more polluted because it doesn't get rain as much as other cities like Bangalore. Rain plays a vital role in keeping the air clean. It's been 2 months since the last Rain in Delhi.
Brett you should visit Sri Lanka, especially if you are in search for tea plantations and etc! It's a beautiful country and less chaotic compared to India. Sri Lanka also has all sorts of spices to offer, as well as gems!
