Wow! God has truly blessed your mind and hands with an extraordinary talent🥇🏆🏅🎖️👑💥💯🎁'd. Thank you for sharing your gift with us!! Your art is beautiful!
It is apparent to me that you have an innate talent for creating wonderful pours. congrats! You are teaching those of us to be more daring. Thanks for sharing your creativity!
I went back and watched your video again to try picking a favorite. Couldn't do it. I loved the ones with purple my favorite color. I also loved the red, black, with golds which made such bold beautiful paintings. I loved them all but, those would be my top picks. Ms Michal. 🙃☕💖🙏🇺🇸
Thank you very much. Purple is my favorite color so I make a lot of purple paintings. I do love how dramatic red, gold, and black can be. Thanks so much for stopping by.
WOW....What a superb talent. I've watched them all and really had to subscribe and ring that bell. I've just started Acrylic pours and I'm a bit obsessed watching videos. I've had to save yours so that I can take a few tips on colour combinations. I'm off to watch them again and may have a go. Thank you so much for sharing that. Your Amazing. Xxlove from Scotland xx
Wowzer breathtaking beauty. Love your color choices and how controlled your technique is. I have seen so many pours that end up on the table it looks hard to control the paint. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm new to your channel. Ms Michal 🙃☕💖🙏🇺🇸
I love watching you create. You are an awesome teacher also. Thank you so much!! Could you share your music genre. I love trying to paint pour and watch your videos as I do and I love the music.
Thank you so much Ann. The music genre in my videos is Chill or Ambient. I get my music from a site called Soundstripe. I'm sure you can find lot's of Chill playlists on TH-cam as well.
@@AcrylicPouringAcademy Thanks for your message. The particular music I would like to know about is Amazing Cells Sept 20/20...if you happen to know artists names. I am always so chilled by your videos.....so relaxing in the times that we all are sharing. Thanks for sharing!!
@@annqueen3138 The music on that video is by Memory Theory created by Bryan Laurenson. He's in one of my all time favorite groups Copeland. I love his music. I would love to see you get back into the paint pouring again! I don’t know if you’re able to- maybe you can being we’re all kinda on voluntary house arrest for a little while- it might be the perfect time to get it all back out 🤞🤞 I was truly enjoying your art and missed you when ya left. 🍀🍀🍀 Happy Painting! 🥂
Thank you so much for the nice comments Debra. I have missed my painting so much and will hopefully be able to paint and post more videos. Happy painting to you as well!
Thank you Missy. Most of the paintings are dry to the touch in about 24 hours. It takes about a week or two to fully cure until you can apply a top coat finish. People do many things with their paintings. Giving them away or selling them are the most popular options.
There was no silicone in that one. That painting used all metallic paints. Metallics can make some pretty awesome cells all on their own. Great question!
@@AcrylicPouringAcademy Thanks. Q2? I have about 100 bottles of ceramcoat, apple, and folk art paints from 25 years ago. They are still liquid and clear of lumps. Can these still be used for pouring?
@@imowclyde I don't see why not! I would give them a good shake before you use them. I've used Applebarrel and Folkart paints many times and they work great. I've never used Ceramacoat so you'll have to test that one out. But if it says acrylic on the bottle it should work just fine. Have fun pouring!
Sir your fluid art is amazing! Could you please tell me about fluid paint, that if I try to do fluid art by white glue mix with acrylic paint, would that be useful?
Thank you for the great compliment Satabdi. Yes, you can use white glue and acrylic paint to make some wonderful artwork. I'm very close to finishing a mini-course that shows exactly how to use inexpensive acrylics and white glue. It takes you through the process step by step. I think it might be something you're interested in. I'll be talking more about it soon on my channel. Thanks so much for watching and the great comments.
Thanks for sharing. Do you use gesso on the canvas even though my canvas says it's ready to use or do you just paint it first and then let it dry. Thank you 👍😁❤
Hi Hilary. I don't add more gesso to the canvas. Sometimes I'll paint the canvas first and let it dry to eliminate some of the canvas texture. But most of the time I unwrap my canvas and just start pouring.
So, what's the difference between adding silicone vs not? Also, I see that in some you didn't add a base layer, is adding that base layer the difference between a wet and dry finish once the painting dries?
Hi Matthew. Adding silicone creates more cells and gives a different look to the painting. I tend to like the look more when I don't use silicone. A basecoat allows the paint to slide over the canvas easier when you stretch the paint. I usually always use a basecoat. There is no difference in the dry look of the paintings with or without a basecoat. To get a wet looking finish you must apply a gloss topcoat when the painting is completely dry. Thanks for watching.
Hi Maria. I didn't use silicone in any of these paintings. I just used acrylic paint, floetrol (as my pouring medium), and a little water. You could use silicone if you wanted to. I would put 3-4 drops in one or two colors. Thanks for your comment.
Hi leeanne, I use silicone very rarely. None of the paintings in this video have any silicone. I use silicone with a glue medium to when the goal is to create very specific looking cells.

What kind of paint do you use or do you mix it with something?
The paint I use most often are Liquitex basics colors. I mix them with a pouring medium called Floetrol and a little bit of water.
