This is not WhosYuorDaddy, this is invulnerability potions + mines.
I did not used the editor or any other instruments. You can watch warcraft 3 speed run on speeddemosarchive or on youtube - there was used same tactics.
Divine Armor, which is asserted to only take damage from Chaos Type attacks ), in fact suffers 5% damage from all other attacks. Archimonde will not always stand in the same place, otherwise it could have been shot by ballistas.

Actually wisps can't attack they can only detonate which drains mana and damages SUMMONED units and you know Archimond makes all the demons from spells so technically you call kill all the demons with an army of wisps

Well, Archimonde is a summoned being isn't he? Wisps deal damage to Summoned units. However, since Archimonde is a hero in the game, he cannot be a summoned unit right?

There actually was an alternate ending in the Alpha or Beta release of the game I had years back. It triggered if you killed Archimonde or kept both the orc and human bases alive for the whole duration.
If memory serves, it had Furion lamenting never getting to use his trap and then walking off screen, and then Archimonde just teleports to the Gate leading to the tree, taunts empty air with a villain line and sneaks his way in, cue ending cinematic.
It was kinda lame.
But the alpha had skeleton archers, which was cool. You can actually see some of the early build stuff in the back cover of the case, including said skellies.

from the goblin merchant, the hero can go and buy items from it.
so this player bought alot of goblin land mines against the enemies base with potion of invulnerablity..
so its invulnerable for 15 secs,go in... plant mines... and teleport scroll out...
once enemy base is crippled... he created a forest... and attacked..

Lol I feel so sorry for Archimonde, the Burning Legion stands no chance in Azeroth with the Night Elves as its protectors. Maybe this is the hidden truth Blizzard wants us to see, that humans and orcs are just guests on Azeroth; Night Elves are the true (and most powerful) residents here, Goblins are the greatest and most noble inventors in the history of the world (with their signature landmines) and nature is the most powerful force of Azeroth.

I love doing seeing shit like this, beating the zerg and saving kerrigan when they are suppose to get overrun, killing cenarius with green orcs, killing the dalaran mages without archimondes help, etc.
I almost managed to hold archamonde's forces at the human base until he himself showed up. He was on his way to the Orc base when the timer ran out

It's actually easy.Give furion the magic imune item from the ,,biggest pandarean ever'' use him as a tank because only infernals with chaos damage do any significant damage to him when he uses ulti and spam dryads

I managed to in normal, except the mission when you had to kill Cenarius and his followers - used cheats.

The remained buildings didn't produce enemy units. Destroying them in the beginning would cost additional resources.
Destroying undead base and killing Archimonde does not end the level any earlier.

i played this game when i was 13, i am 25 now and still playing it, but holy shit you broke it!
...And this is why Blizz will sometimes make units come in from off the map these days as seen in Starcraft II. This is creative and hysterical. Thank you for showing me this. The whole killing Archimonde thing seems like a lot of work, but I'm totally going to try the blowing up the undead base part and then just litter the path with land mines and treants, maybe even just fill the map with treants. Good luck beating the time limit Demon boyo!

Gotta say dude, im impressed how u did all this. I've played through the whole wc3 campaign in both ROC and FT on normal and i thought THAT was difficult. i've tried on hard to do all this but i've only come to like mission 3 or 4 on night elf. ur good as hell!:)

Actually, they woudl deal 5% damage to Archimonde. I looked at the DPS charts and all other attacks deal that percent of damage to him.

Archimonde is not impossible to kill, but it's hard a.f..
Why can he be killed: His armor type is Divine, which reduces all damage taken from all damage types by 99%, except damage from Chaos damage (they are reduced only by additional armor of unit, but deal 100% damage to all armor types). Therefore a great number of creatures CAN kill him (they will all deal like 1 damage to him), if you have enough of them to overcome his life regen and beat him down by sheer numbers.

I thought Archimonde, like Cenarius and Tycondrius, has divine armour? That means only chaos attacks can deal damage?
The game description is misleading. Divine Armor makes non-Chaos damage to deal only 5% of regular damage. And that's *before* armor damage reduction is calculated.

That's the reason why when i working on my own map i gave all buildings some nice hp/regen, just in case (i could do them invurnerable, but think 300-500hp/sec is enough)
I like how it literally took the entire level's duration to kill him last second.
I've just repeated a part of this video where he clears the undead base. You have to buy 4 stacks of mines + invulnerability potion + portal scroll for Tyrande. Then you run to the back of undead base under invincibility, mine the buildings and teleport home. You have to destroy the Black Citadel + ALL acolytes in the first run, so that the scourge loses the ability to rebuild. Then you can destroy everything with this tactic. It usually takes 3 mines per building, but you can place them to hit 2-4 at the same time.
Then I tried killing Archimonde by luring him on a pack of 100500 mines, but it appears you can't possibly buy enough mines for oneshot due too limited time and cooldown in shop.
There are furbolgs you can buy that have chaos damage - they can kill Archimonde much easier
Imagine if the night elves pulled that against archimonde in the lore

Archemonde is very strong and his spells are Extremly Strong
1.Finger of death-Instantly Reduce 700 Hp of any unit and building expect heroes.It even effect unit with Spell immunity
2.Dark Portal-Spawn Doom guards and Fel spirit beast depending on level
3.Rain of chaos-Spawns Infernal depending on the level
4.Bash-Chance of stunning the enemy depending on level
5.Spell Immunity-Immune to any spell even Finger of death cuz he is hero

I beat this last scenario by kiting archemonde from corner to corner using wisps turning them into moonwells one after the other since he had to destroy all structures before destroying the wold tree.
