This was a really excellent battle report, love you giving quick simple rules explanations on the fly and not beinf afraid to replay certain moves and explain your mistakes. Brilliant. Also thoroughly enjoyed seeing elves show up with all their best units and get absolutely rocked by the cruel twists of fate and dodgy dice haha

Nice battle report with painted armies! One thing though, the Phoenix Guards cause Fear themselves, so they would have been immune to the Minotaur Fear, and would not have needed to test to make the charge.
Your battle report pacing, vibes, editing etc are all excellent. It's understandable that you get a few things wrong with a new game, don't beat yourself up; that will come with time. The important stuff is already here.
I'm super excited to play Beastmen now. I'm sad they didn't get Marks besides divided but they got enough awesome flavorful rules to make up for it.

Excellent report! I am starting High Elves so it was great to see them in action.
I hope DC, you have the big names to show in future for the High Elves. Tyrion, Imrik, Teclis, Alarielle, Alith Anar or Eltharion would be super cool to see as I play them a lot in Total War
