Wow.. its really great seeing your design process 😊😊😊 its cool how you redesign the plan and the facade with minimal alteration to the structure itself.. Your videos are really helpful i learn a lot.. Thanks a lot i hope you continue doing such video 😊😊😊
i had few doubts mam , for the sunken area at the swimming pool ( accumulation of rainfall ) and what it means by a floating wall and the fireplace below the tv , isnt it dangerous ). thats a detailed explanation and as a student of architecture im getting to know how projects and clients would be in real life by your videos . thankyou malbel☺☺ . please do more such videos
@@Simple-hb1sx For the sunken area, we have to pay close attention to the drainage during construction and how to level the floor around it to the direct water “away” from it and not turn it into a “basin”. As for the floating wall, it’s not totally floating (it is still very much supported from the other side) It just gives an illusion of floating towards the kitchen so the space feels more open. You’re welcome and thank you for watching!
@@malbeldesigns I enjoyed watching you go over the client's thought process and the way you approached taking over the project and translating his input on the previous design. Also I checked your website and there are a lot of new projects in your portfolio, which is nice to see. One in particular picked my attention, SB Residence, from the picture it looks a bit Art Deco-y (the symmetry and lines ) without being over the top (materials' choice).
Very stunning design ! 🥵🥵
@@Nxtdoorneighbor13 Thank you!

Thanks so much, colleague! Appreciate it.
