Hi, the Date is 22 Dec 2019, I've recently been having issues with my copy of Skyrim on Xbox one X. I tried everything reset etc, I even bought another copy of the game on disk but had no luck as the game disk just span and made an unusual noise. Then I realised I'd recently installed 'Tune In' on the console before I started getting the problem so I looked into my Apps only to discover that Microsoft had reinstalled 'Xbox Rewards' and 'Xbox Events Beta'. I uninstalled all three Apps and hey presto, the disk worked. I hope this helps someone this Christmas who has similar issues with disks not working :)

I tried to play Forza Horizon 4 today and couldn’t even get pass the launch pic. It would come up with 3 different errors: Something went wrong with latest update, I do not own the game even with the disc in the tray, and there was a corrupt save file. I’ve restarted the console, uninstalled the game twice, but still have the same problem loading the game. The disc is clean too and only happens with this game. Is it possible it’s just because of a recent update to the game? Help?
For me i had my time setting wrong and once I changed it I could play. Make sure the time setting is correct for your area, hopefully it works for you too!

Starts up okay, a bit jerky as the clouds roll by on the intro. Then the narrator says here’s where you journey starts. Who are you. Screen goes black, a juddering sound and straight back to the main menu. Getting a bit frustrated with it now. This is the second disc as I git it replaced. Both have the same problems 😞

Yeah, that's one of the most common things. You'd think that turning the console off by the power button would do the same thing, but nope! Not unless you have your console set to energy saving mode, which makes the auto updates not work at all. Glad you got it figured out! :D

My Xbox has trouble loading into to the actual system. It just stays at the green screen and has the Xbox logo in the middle, but the thing on the bottom doesn’t move. But when it works which it hasn’t yes it says something went wrong.
Well, my problem is that the sound cuts out, the Xbox home button on the controller stops working then the game starts glitching uncontrollably.

Gravel keeps crashing for me. The game just stops and takes me to the home screen. Happens during a race at certain times within the game. I recently bought the digital game on sale.

My game is downloading and is giving the "ready to start" option and whenever is go to launch I get the launch image then puts me back to the menu should I wait until it's fully downloaded
Yeah, it sounds like the game isn't fully ready yet. Wait until it finishes and you should be good to go.

What about when no games will launch, but apps like youtube and netflix work fine, and I'm talking mainly digital and a few hard copy games. No error message or anything, just the title screen then back to home everytime.

I just restarted my Xbox and it WORKED! Because when u restart It clears cache that doesn't allow you to open FORTNITE!

I came back one day and everything was delayed and I couldn't play any games. I was told to restart. when it was finished I went onto Minecraft, which took ages to load and all my worlds luckily there. Every load of Minecraft takes ages and other games send a message with an error code, my Xbox live also randomly disconnects and sometimes on the Xbox menu ( friends area, achievements e.c.t. ) the buttons won't do anything. Does anyone have any help they could provide?

Odd, did you try restarting the console? Are other games having the same issue?
*If this issue does not go away you may need to replace your internal hard drive. I replaced mine and my Xbox is as good as new
