ISLAM: Day of Judgment

This video lecture clip from the course RELIGION, ART, AND APOCALYPSE explores the apocalyptic teachings of Islam. We discuss one of the fundamental Islamic beliefs in the Day of Judgment. We also explore the theological differences between the Sunni and Shia Muslims regarding their end-time expectations. The lecture was delivered in the Summer of 2018 at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
