Its a power station, that's all it is. A power station. It is very likely nuclear with the dam supplying water for cooling. The dam isn't active, and as you know drinking water is a rare luxury so that just leaves its use as a coolant.

I can’t wait for Orion, the game better be in night city but add all the original cut content and locations and be way more expansive in general, more interiors, have the out of bounds areas accessible and add more stuff as padding so it’s not empty, night city still has a lot to offer

I love your out of bounds Cyberpunk 2077 videos, I was just curious I've never seen anybody do it In tom's diner There is a data There is a data shard that can't be reached As far as I know No no 1's ever tried to get it I can't find any videoshard Have anybody trying to get that data shark And what's on it Is it possible you could go out of bounce and get the data shard and tell everybody what's on it? The legend is back. Love the new video. Looks more like a power station for the Dam to be honest, as others have pointed out. I wouldn't even classify this as cut content, as you say it's just there for consistency. If anything, props to CDPR for caring about the details.

Dormant power station since NC power comes thru sat wave power station and not from old hydro power station anymore. Possible that downing Hellmans AV was intended between those power towers originally but was changed eventually. Would make more sense that Mitch and Scorpion actually would see that AV go down and be able to reach it first. There's allso fuel station in that area so could be that. Taken dam is only about 20 years old it not being used is bit odd. Could of been changed cause having river flow thru there wouldn't make much sense since it's meant to be barren and near lifeless desert.
Idk if I’d venture to say night city is logically set up or always rational there are a lot of mmm choices that make no sense but sure
