“Do not be afraid to be that awkward person who decides to love first.” That resonated deeply. Time to step out of myself and start loving on my fam.
Be a missionary in your own family. ❤️
That is the very reason why I keep on standing on my marriage... Enough, it stops with me... With the help of God 😊
Thank you so much 🙏.
THIS TALK WAS INSANELY BRILLIANT...Paul you are a GIFT to us all God Bless you and your beautiful family!
I had found out about FOCUS, based on a young persons sharing their experience while heading into the eucharistic adoration chapel at holy trinity parish in lenexa ks..
Glad to see this movement within Catholic church...as i am having hope reinkindled
Focus is amazing! Especially their Seek conferences
@@Dee-ur9zq thanks...this is really great to encounter others, especially young adolescents and early 20's, that really have discernment and wisdom in their own faith. I'm glad I was raised Catholic... and though I hear what this message is saying about honor respect parents, I advocate healthy boundary discernment based upon a given parents behavior...especially if violence, threatening , or endangering conduct is active in ones parents old age... I love my parents...and give grace and forgiveness fully...however I do choose to limit or leave volatile, toxic, or unwelcoming behavior...not out of resentment...but similar perhaps as to how God's Grace leaves me if I do sin
Such wisdom about what a daughter needs to hear from her Father and a son needs to hear from his Father ! Hope to pass this on to my son in laws for my grandchildren!
Paul j kim you are such an inspiration
So relatable!!! haha, great to hear a child of immigrant parents sharing their story! It's just such an intense and different experience. The environment we grow up in impacts how we turn out as adults so much, it's wonderful to hear his experiences. :)
Love it! This was very helpful!
Thank you Paul! Seriously, you have the most wonderful gift given to you by God. I wouldn’t be surprised if you were a good friend of Fr Mike Schmitz. You both have the most amazing sense of humour plus a very very deep relationship with God. The both of you have such amazing faith! Dynamic duo! 😉👍 Thank you God !
Thank you Jesus for my family 💕💕💕
Everything you shared with us Paul is so true! Wish I had heard your talk when I was starting off parenthood. God bless you and your beautiful little family! Also my sides are hurting from laughing 😂 AWESOME!! Thanks again!!
Thank you so much! This talk is full of wisdom and it's exactly what every confused disciple wants to hear. And the family it's a very difficult topic because their members have acces directy to our hearts and cause exponential vulnerability. It's so good, so powerfull to hear all this truth from you. It gave me courage. God bless you!

interesting how he explains the part of "punishment for generations"
I could totally relate with the Asian culture.
❤
Such a great talk! Those with editing rights should change the title to say “your”
Please fix the title to “If YOUR family has issues” (not “you’re”)
