    since its wireless cam & nvs, can jt be viewed in monitor without internet connection? its is sure need internet when using remote/mobile phone

      Hello, NVR has WiFi signal. But its WiFi signal is to connect the camera and NVR.
      If you want to view it on your phone, you have to connect the network cable to the NVR.

      Remote viewing on PC is not supported.
      But it supports remote viewing on mobile phone.

      Hello, did you buy two SH024 cameras separately?
      You can try the following operations: First, let the camera and NVR be in the same network, open the camera management, click search, find the camera ID, check it and add it.
      But there is no guarantee that you will succeed, because the version of the NVR is not the same, there may be problems in the process of adding the camera.
      Therefore, we generally do not recommend customers to add additionally.

    Hello , how can i download a video from the mobile app to my mobile device ? I have iphone and ipad to view my srihome app. There is no option to download a video in my device….only to watch within the app 😢

      Hi, it's not. For example, NVS001/NVS002/NVS004 can only be connected to the matching camera. If you need to add other cameras later, you can only buy the matching camera.
      In addition, for NVS005/NVS006/NVS007, only cameras with a network cable interface can be connected.

      Καλησπέρα χάνεις τις κάμερες από την οθόνη η από το app του κινητού,γιατί εμένα μόλις απομακρυνθω από το σπίτι που έχω τις κάμερες μετά δεν ξαναβρίσκω τις κάμερες στο κινητό μου ,αυτό το πρόβλημα έχω εγώ !!

      @@alekakis75 όχι δεν τέτοιο θέμα... λειτουργεί άψογα και το app στο κινητό αλλά και από άλλον υπολογιστή μέσω bluestacks... απλά ήθελα να προσθέσω και άλλες κάμερες αφού έχει υποτίθεται 4καναλια ελεύθερα αλλά δεν βγάζω άκρη με το eshop που το αγόρασα

      @@alekakis75 όχι το μενού στο δικό μου καταγραφικό είναι διαφορετικό με αυτό που δείχνει στο βίντεο και ενώ λένε ότι η κάμερα sh029 είναι συμβατή...οι Κινέζοι σε email μου είπαν ότι τελικά δεν συνεργάζεται..... αλά ντάλα....

      The screen can only be viewed through the monitor.
