- Why there is no water/coffee coming out while the pump is operating? We will show you why and how to address this problem.
1. Please re-install the water tank 2-3 times.
2. Turn on the machine and it will start to preheat.
3. When all buttons are fully illuminated, which means the machine is ready to brew.
4. Turn the steam knob to WATER position.
5. Let hot water spout out for 20 seconds.
6. Return the steam knob to OFF position.
7. Then press single or double button, you will get your ideal cup of coffee.
