Thanks king! The problem i had was similar. Just had to clean the thing were you put the grains. It has like a little sub sectiom when you remove a lid pulling from the black rubber. Cleaned that with hot water. And everything works now. ❤ god bless ya
I liked strong coffee so I do want the fined coffee grounds but in order for the machine to work I have to have the small filters. I hope it works for you.
But my problem is slightly different, I don’t have the problem with grounded coffee. But with coffee from beans coming out of the grinder. Wenn I put the grinder on level 3, very fine coffee powder, 1 drip 💧, and the machine stop’s.
Try my simple solution. The finer the coffee grounds the more it clogs up. Also, when coffee is not coming out from the machine, all the plastic parts are under higher stress and they could crack. That happened to mine and I had to place one of the fittings.
I just bought a dedica and followed the instructions for the first time use, but the water is not coming out. I think the machine is dead from factory, so i will have to return it.

Fixed. I used a new grinder for the coffee beans and it was clogging and not allowing the coffee liquid to pass but now, thanks to you it is fixed.

Same thing for me! Bought a coffee grinder and now it’s acting up. Changing up the setting to a not be the Finest.

Solution: Dont grind coffee as fine as before. Grind it a little bit thicker and problem will be solved once part is cleaned.

It is inside the machine. It is a “Y” plastic connector. The way I found out it was leaking the machine was dripping water around the cup.

They are the Keurig coffee cups. Go to Amazon and search for Keurig coffee filters.
Can you link a video you watched to fix the issue? I am having the same issue but I don't know where i can find that plastic fitting?
I don't remember where I got the part but there is a TH-cam video that shows the replacement of the plastic fittings. Let me see If I can find it.
