Hi, it doesn't really work for me. When I go to create the ticks on: Closed Lopp R-P and Off In the Animatediff section they disappear. BUT in general I don't get any animation, but only 1 photo. Help
I'm not sure if they were using animatediff, but i've seen people use one still image and animate it. for example, an old black and white photo of a dead relative, and sort of 'bring it to life' if only briefly. i find that if i try to do that with animatediff, i need controlnet, but the problem is controlnet freezes the picture, and if i use too much denoising without controlnet, the image becomes simply unrecognizable as the original. do you happen to know the workflow that i'm referring to?
WHere do the motion files get downloaded to, do they go into the model file or another file folder? I tried to animate and all I got was the portrait of an alien, although it was a nice portrait.
Hi, Ive been following the steps and downloaded everything. But everytime I try generate a video, it just generates photos instead. Like 24 photos and none of them can be used together cuz theyre all very different
See I get to the part where you hit generate, I've done everything the same up to that point- and it just generates garbage, pixelated and abstract nonsense. Can generate images fine, but turning on animate diff and it goes to hell =/
I have better results now, but I had to use different settings than what was used in this video. Specific models, much higher sampling steps, a different sampler, etc- But it works now.
very good tutorial. i have some doublts which clears now. as you were saying in last for generating realistic video through animatediff can u share link. thanks
Fantastic tutorial. Question: Suppose I have a 3D model that resembles my trained character. Let's say I make an animation of the character walking, but in order to ensure better accuracy than with OpenPose, I use Depth instead. Is this too costly for my GPU? I have an RTX 3060 12GB. In fact, in that case, should I just render an animation in images and batch that with Depth only instead? Using 768x768 resolution.
Amazing one, thanks so much! Do you know maybe why I receive this error message? RuntimeError: The size of tensor a (90) must match the size of tensor b (32) at non-singleton dimension 1 Many thanks!
Hey, really nice tutorial!! The one bug I get is that it renders only pngs even if I choose to be gif or video, it gives me the whole sequence of frames in the output folder, does anyone know how to make it work?
Hi,. i;'m running into an error and cant find a way to resolve it Please help if you can ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'scripts.animatediff_mm' Getting this error in animatediff.py file, line 43 Cant seem to fix it
installed extension and a motion model. all I get is 24 images that are like a batch txt-2-img. Any clue?
I'm having the same issue. and the output images are all very different looking, cannot be strung together to make an animation.
did you find solution? @@StarCampShasta

me either no animation . got to 5:50 in the video and no animation happened with my image after following steps
Thanks. your tutorials are always very complete. simple and very useful.
What's the reason for choosing "ControlNet is more important"? In their documentations it says to avoid using anything but 'Balanced' for animations.
this is from personal experiments

Thank you for this!
My pleasure!

How much do I need a GPU "graphics card" or processor to use these AI engines also from Deforum, I need help with this information.???
you can run on the rtx20XX , i am using RTX 3090

i did not had that error, but looks like some of the libraries does not match

Very cool, do you have a limit of frames that can be generated?
i tried long video and it was working, need try more.
@@Geekatplay That’s cool then, I want to try. Thank you for your great tutorials always.
