basically:
Keyhole:
appears at the end of the map, it also appears on the skybox of the map most of the time.
thats literally it, its nothing that important.
Why were you Phasing through rings?
i were phasing through the rings since i didnt waste them, the game has a mechanic that the floating rings / dropped rings are not able to get if you have 20 rings but you can get more than 20 rings if you use the Ring Box (Which appears on the 0:06 of the video) and grants you a ring overcharge that happens when you collect rings while already having 20 rings.
Gangrene Gang Cream
Cream is Green Because of something of the game which lets you to use Spray cans, Spray cans are collected by maps (The game Grants you a free one at the tutorial) and those Spray cans Makes you modify your car's color at the Player Setup.

Sadly, Kart Krew hasn't even planned 14 more Sealed Stars yet. They may try if they feel like it though, or there's always addons.
