Just a quick tip from an O.D. Whenever you have the patient follow the light (checking extra ocular muscles) do an H pattern. Love the content btw. Very relaxing. I try to be as asmrish during my exams and people LOVE the clicking of the phoropter.
When you used the hairdryer I am so impressed with how you balanced the sounds. It wasn’t over powering at all, you could still hear the delicate sounds of the brush and mouth sounds. I thought at first you added the hairdryer sounds to the video after in editing, but the sound moves with the hairdryer so it can’t be that. I’m just really impressed and have no idea how you managed that. Also, helllllaaa tingles from this vid. Love you Maria. You’re seriously the best at what you do ❤️

I have gotten my sister into ASMR lately, and she asked me to make one with her because I have probably seen millions over the last five years. I sat down and it was the hardest thing I have ever done, none of the sounds came out the way I wanted, my sister giggled every three seconds, and sometimes the mic wouldn't even pick up what we were saying. You never really truly appreciate/understand someone until you put yourself in their shoes and I have even more love and respect for Maria and other artists now! Thank you for looking out for us, love you so much.

Even if it’s not as pronounced as say a doctor or a lawyer, ASMRtists really change lives with their videos. I’ve had crippling anxiety almost my whole life, and while ASMR isn’t a miracle cure, it sure helps me cope.
You guys know how when you have to see a specialist, they know exactly what to do to improve your quality of life? Maria! Great video. For future hair cutting videos, I would recommend getting a pair of stylist shears or at least all metal shears, as they make a more bell like noise than your scissor's "click" and can help sell the illusion (and give you a new sound). Lovely job as always :)

Maria! Great video. For future hair cutting videos, I would recommend getting a pair of stylist shears or at least all metal shears, as they make a more bell like noise than your scissor's "click" and can help sell the illusion (and give you a new sound). Lovely job as always :)
