This is the best I've seen so far. The stop motion is getting better. Maybe the RG model helps. Now that you've done Sazabi, maybe Sinanju or Talgeese III. We need more mono eye.

building gundam used to be a children hobby back when I was a kid. It took no time for me to put the model together. Looking at these new "gunpla" i feel like it has transformed into adult collectible with all these detailed. What i dont get is the insane tiny parts underneath the armor that can never be seen from the outside. Is that really necessary.
Paris it is meant for you to put it together from the ground up, including the whole frame for moving parts. It just wouldn’t be as fun without the feeling of accomplishment that putting all the pieces together gives you.
As someone that has re-kindled their joy for this hobby I can say that all of those internal parts do add to the overall weight and feel of the model. These things are a whole other ball-game. It also allows for all of that armor and limb articulation. Even the new HG's are a huge improvement.
The Tallgeese is the most recent and last Real grade i've bought. RGs were the first thing i collected in large numbers but i've stopped getting them as they're expensive and annoyingly fiddly to build. I prefer HGs for the wider selection, easier build and their prices are easier on the wallet. I may get the newer RGs eventually but that's a long term goal.
Have you tried building Master Grade kits? The larger size makes them less fiddly, and there's a very good selection. And most of them dont need any paint or stickers, unlike most High Grades. I've built a few RGs, and I like them, but Bandai needs to make more Zeon suits. All those hero Gundams start to look the same.

The HGs are mostly grunt suits, either 'Sleeves' MSs for a Zeon army I'm making (Geara Zulus, Dreissen, Sinanju, Sazabi, etc), or GMs and Jestas for the opposing side . I'm fully painting them so they are taking a while to make.

@@fishpop I reccomend the MkII.. it's big for a PG, has nice proportions, plenty of opening hatches, simple LED lighting (just the eyes). But it doesn't come with a stand (or even a socket for attaching it to a stand.) And there are some screws required (it's a pretty old kit). And I don't think it was super expensive. I also have two Strike Gundams (great kit) one with the original Aile pack, and one with the Perfect Strike add-on set. As well as the Banshee (with the add on weapon pack), Astray Red Frame and PG Unleashed RX78-2. I have a habit of getting half way through a build and then moving onto something else for a while.
Cool, i dont see any noobmark what nipper do you use? Im using mineshima nipper and file but it didn't works ..any recomended nipper? Besides godhand it is overprice for me
