Wing Gundam will always have a special place in my heart. Wing was the first gundam series i was exposed to.
バルキリーの飛行形態やガウォーク形態はちゃんと考えられて作られてると思うのだけど、ウィングガンダムの「変形」は笑いを誘うよね。

ガンダム界の変形は基本空戦する為じゃなく長距離移動だから無理矢理飛行機っぽい形になる方が理に適ってるとは思う。

・ヒイロと自爆
・ゼクスさんに拾われる
・ヒイロがヘビーアームズに浮気
・ヒイロに地球に置いてかれる
・魚雷で三度ド(ry
・ビルゴ部隊に脚部をやられる
・乗り捨てられる(当のヒイロはエピオンに乗り換え)
・OZに修復された後、地球上のMSが宇宙へ上がる中、乗り手がおらず置いてけぼり
・レディ・アンが搭乗するもトレーズ様のために大破
・ガンダム連合と共にデビルコロニーと交戦
最後の項目は、ゴッドガンダムのオーディションに落ちて最終決戦でただのエキストラ役ですね。

even if it's a crappy series, I liked the design of wing gundam. Even it's just a bootleg Zeta.
Since when was it a Bootleg Zeta? And how is Gundam Wing a crappy series despite it being popular and the first Gundam series to be in the West?

Just because it's the first in the west doesn't save it from not being crappy. It is bad. Heero is a shitty pilot and a main character so is relena. Trowa is also a cardboard so is wufei.
Zechs is a crappy char aznable rip off.
The fights are dumb and trash. The plot armor is so stupid that it can turn beam sabers into baseball bats. Heero and trowa survives a point blank explosion of their mobile suits.
There are no aces too. The grunts are the most pathetic ones I see in gundam.
Speeches and it's attempt to preach the war is hell message are pretentious asf.
Nostalgia are the only thing blinding yah how trash this series is. Just because it became popular, that means it's good.
This is a trash and inferior series next to UC and other superior AUs like X. Even the first seed is better than this trash.

That is how different Gundam is, so you're saying that Universal Century is better? Yes, it's the first, but Gundam Wing is one of the first non UC series like G and X Gundam.
You can't compare a Non UC Gundam to UC Gundam.
The RX 78 2 handled Atmospheric Entry as well, and yet you're calling the Wing Gunam crappy for it?

G gundam is the first and it's hell much better than wing.
Your point about RX-78 is reaching. The RX-78 at best can use G-booster which is removed in the movie version. Which btw is considered canon over the series.
The Rx-78 survived using ingenuity of it's pilot. Using cooling system and shield to deflect heat. Under normal circumstances, the gundam wouldn't survive. Hence burning up in the atmosphere is still a big issue in UC 0096, unicorn.
Even if RX-78 shared characteristics with zeta, it wouldn't matter is zeta is the supposed next stage of the gundam project. So nope lol
Wing gundam's main feature is its bird mode that is ripped straight from zeta's wave rider mode. Even the transformation sequence bear resemblance lmao.
Wing is trash. Yes, I can compare it to UC to prove my point much terrible it is. Lol

Who else has problems with RG crumbling in your hands like Peter turns to dust in Tony's arms
The older RGs do this. Starting with the Unicorn Gundams, the design started shifting towards mini-MGs. The Sazabi and all the later RGs (Zeong, Crossbone, Nu, Impulse, Wing) are just 1/144 "MG" kits now. If you want to see if the newer version of the RG series is for you, try out the RG Nu Gundam. (Actually, if you like Gunpla in general, get a RG Nu Gundam)
