The Simplest Grizzly Bear well yeah let’s not kill them but we should try and help clean the ocean too, by not littering. We shouldn’t leave it up to the sharks
Sharks are the ocean's equivalent to condors and vultures. They scavenge carcasses of dead whales and other detritus that could carry potentially deadly diseases. They're the ocean's janitors as well as higher-tier predators.
Is there a reason for this behaviour? It seems like the shark is being attacked, I watched & read about sharks (although the reading, was quite a few year ago) this is not something I've seen before, not without a reason, I'm genuinely interested, I only thing I know for sure, is he wasn't attacked, lol. I think floating around looking like a stunned seal would make you look appealing to predators of all sizes! Even tiny fish will take a bite of what looks like a defenceless sea mamnal lol! (are we supposed to think that wee dogfish is a big scary apex predator or what? if you stare at the water long enough your eyes invent things lmao! I think it should be titled Make up shark attacks....or did it?)
Diving is my ultimate joy. Got certified in Turks and Caicos and have now dove there, Exuma, Mexico and Jamaica. If I could go back in time I would have gone into marine biology. Ive read more sea life books than all others combined. .....then, last October 2019 I had a stroke, so no more diving. 😔 But I can still snorkel and just beginning free diving. Having a difficult time getting the breathholding technique down
