When the driver got out and saw me he smirked, gave a double finger salute, and trotted off to the store. I found another place to park and returned to the jeep... with a shrader valve tool (that's the little valve in your tire to add air... or remove it) and took the valves out of all four of his tires, lowering the jeep about a foot. I kept them and left. Bet he was *way* happy when he came back out of the store...

Probably illegal to let his tyres down and keeping the valves was theft. If you had to do that it might have been better to let one tyre down and put the valve back in. Still illegal but no theft involved and still a major inconvenience to the Jeep driver.

My best friend's dad used to park illegally in a mall parking garage before he passed. It was always the same place too. He would argue with the security there, pointing out there was no sign prohibiting it. So, they did eventually install a NO PARKING sign. To this day my friend laughs when he sees it because I dubbed it the "John Doe Memorial No Parking Sign."

parents had a construction company, and we had a couple forklifts. Brother was stayin in house next to us, and dude going to the golf course kept partking in front of his drive way. So out come forklift and cinderblocks, lifted it out of the way, put it on the blocks, and went out to the bar I think.
