I use Adobe Audition, with this workflow: export mix to wav, then match loudness on wav, then export wav as mp3. Pretty quick! Our pod is mono and we target -16LUFS.
Good info, I always do music at -14 LUFS, TH-cam is weird tho, they have a recommended LUFS for music but other than that it seems like a free for all when it comes to loudness. Looking forward to your broadcast mic video.
