Thank you so much!! This was our issue. So glad we didn't have to go through a whole lot of tear down. So very appreciative of this suggestion!

Thank you! Another success story here to solve my fault. I changed my bearings about a year ago so I was familiar with this work. I'm disappointed it came loose but it seems I'm not the only one. One tip for people is to stick another hex key into aligning holes in the rotor and stator. This locks the rotor so then you can really tighten the fastener with higher torque.

Thank you! I'm glad I watched your video before the other videos. Your solution fixed our washer's problem and it didn't cost a cent.

I have an appliance business and only sell these type of washers and this issue is probably the cause of 75% of f51 error codes, rarely is it the actual sensor, the others are clothes stuck under the tub or the shaft has rust growing on it, it can be sanded off

    Mr. Gentry- Many Thanks Sir.
Took me longer to unhook the hoses so I could lay the washer over than it did to fix it. 👍

Thanks Don! Works normally after tightening the bolt. It was really loose on mine. The first load after the repair kicked off the error a few times, so I ran it empty and it must have homed the sensor. Folks, if it still kicks out the error after tightening the bolt, try running a very small load or running it empty. Worked on mine.

Respect, My Guy!!!!! This saved me hours of work. I've had this machine apart 5 or 6 times and of course I must not've got that elbow grease on that bolt like I shoud have! Thank you for posting this!

Another big THANK YOU! I was about ready to replace the sensor under the stater until I saw your video. That nut was loose, I tightened it up and hooked the washer back up. It is running like a champ, no more F51 error code.
Thank you for making this video. It is much appreciated!!

Thank you so much. I just wish I didn’t just take apart the entire machine first. But at least I know all of the lines are clean and no clogs or underwear jammed in the bottom. Lol

ANYONE WATCHING THIS VIDEO: THERE ARE ALOT OF VIDEOS OUT THERE THAT TELL YOU TO JUST TIGHTEN THE NUT. THAT IS ONLY HALF OF THE PROBLEM!!! THE MACHINE WILL WORK FOR A COUPLE LOADS THEN THE FAULT WILL REAPPEAR BECAUSE THE NUT LOOSENED UP AGAIN. TO FIX THIS ADD BLUE THREAD LOCKER TO THE THREADS THEN TIGHTEN THE BOLT AND WAIT 24 HOURS BEFORE RUNNING THE MACHINE!!!!
