The reason Tobias looks different sometimes is because he plays a new character for every album. In this performance he was known as Papa Emeritus III. In the music video for "Rats" he was Cardinal Copia, but Copia has since been promoted to Papa Emeritus IV. I think they have an official video with their song "Life Eternal" that shows him donning his newest look. The skeleton paint and robes have returned.

I'd recommend looking up the one where Special Ghoul (Tobias) gives his opinion on random songs someone plays to him. Also that fucking each other comment is usually said after playing Montrance Clock (which is good one to listen to), since that's the song they've commonly ended concerts with.
