Look at Brittany Renner. As far as looks go, you find your real number when you are around a lot of other attractive people. That’s harder for women to do because they get hit on regardless, but guys can find their number on the beauty scale quickly if they hang out in Miami, or go to some of the popular beaches in the country. The funny thing is that guys are more accepting of their numbers too. Women all want to think they’re 8-10, and the majority are 5s at best, even many that we would qualify as being “cute.” Women say they hate conceited men, but most women are conceited. 😆 They walk around thinking every guy who is nice to them wants them. It's really as simple as that. So many people want the crème de la crème when it comes to dating, but the best of the best is usually something superficial to them. They are surprised that many women who are attractive and men who are successful tend to have let it get to their heads thanks to everyone worshipping them. People forget how to vet when they're focused on things like money and looks🤷🏽♀️ Set realistic standards and wiggle room for things that aren't so important and I guarantee you wouldn't be complaining about finding a match. The principles and patterns about people's non-intrinsic preferences that you laid out here are things I'm pretty aware of and you explained them so well but your comments near the end about how people in non-metropolitan areas and who aren't always on social media not being able to relate to this problem were huuuuuge insights that make total sense but I never really clocked before. This globalised and social media world is great thing for how it helps us see a wider range of what's out there and what's possible but for most of us it also creates a negative effect of taking us too much outside of our current everyday/geographical reality or circumstances for us to be able to make realistic choices and take realistic action.

I feel men can still find an attractive woman even if they drop below an 8,9 or 10..that's because women for the most part are the better looking gender. And most women can level up with how they look any day. However, I don't think we can it is the same the other way around. A lot of the decent to gorgeous looking men are aware that they can bag any chick. I feel we barely hear about men settling..it's for a reason. So if a good guy levels up internally and drops below an 8,9 or 10..then he can still say he did well. With women it gets a lot more trickier because most men don't have it together as far as physical appearance is concerned. Just trying to be honest

It's really as simple as that. So many people want the crème de la crème when it comes to dating, but the best of the best is usually something superficial to them. They are surprised that many women who are attractive and men who are successful tend to have let it get to their heads thanks to everyone worshipping them. People forget how to vet when they're focused on things like money and looks🤷🏽♀️ Set realistic standards and wiggle room for things that aren't so important and I guarantee you wouldn't be complaining about finding a match. Then again, many of the self-proclaimed "good," single people aren't as great as they believe they are.

When you get older there are real consequences that can happen to you by choosing the wrong people to be in your life. Consequences that can kill you because when it gets bad it can keep going bad until there's real damage. It's not a joke. I've learned that you don't know anybody. Just because they look or seem good doesn't mean they are and that goes for anybody. Our time on this earth is limited so we can't afford to waste it by staying in a bad situation.

The man stands there and only said hello. If he is interested pursue means to keep going. When he does that's when you give her a reason to think about you outside of her usual activities. Men do it with a car, career, sports, money, etc. Why would a human woman be less valuable to pursue your desire? And to have her as a potential lifetime partner. If more men and women listened to you, we would all have better dating outcomes. You say the things that men think in a more palatable way for women to hear than those in the manosphere. Women may think men are shallow but it is what it is. We are attracted to beautiful women and beautiful women exercise pretty privilege more than women will admit. I just broke up with an "8" that I should have left months ago but I was so enamored with her beauty I excused her stank attitude and bad behavior for too long. Keep up the good work. This is why I love your work and videos Rebecca. The principles and patterns about people's non-intrinsic preferences that you laid out here are things I'm pretty aware of and you explained them so well but your comments near the end about how people in non-metropolitan areas and who aren't always on social media not being able to relate to this problem were huuuuuge insights that make total sense but I never really clocked before. This globalised and social media world is great thing for how it helps us see a wider range of what's out there and what's possible but for most of us it also creates a negative effect of taking us too much outside of our current everyday/geographical reality or circumstances for us to be able to make realistic choices and take realistic action.
