I think she means what cut, as in blade, or rump, or any other cut of beef. But they have different cuts named differently in different countries, they also cut their bees differently.

Well, in my search for really relaxing YT-videos I found this channel. In my humble opinion these videos are made this way to visualize the slow cooking meals. However, really boring and annoying are the many comments of people who repeat each other in stating that these videos take too long to watch. Only one question comes to mind: WHY??

Hát ez azèrt messze van a gulyástól! Hasonlít rá de, a hús túl száraz ez nem lábszár, hanem comb. Kaliforniai paprika a magyar gulyásban ez mèg viccnek is rossz. Rozmaringról ès a baconról nem is beszèlve. Pláne nem bele főzve. Viszont hiányzik a kömènymag ès a majoranna ami nèlkül hmmmm. Ja ès a húsmennyisèghez egy hagyma viel zu venig. Maradjunk annyiban, hogy ez egy pörkölt de semmi köze a nemzeti ètelünkhöz.

I am sure that is good, but it's not a goulash, it''s, just a stew. First of all, the caraway seeds are missing. Then the potatoes remain chopped, not mashed. The ingredients are not cooked separately. And so on..But, I repeat, your recipe seems to be tasty.
Suggestion we don't need to see you cut the beef or hand-mash the potatoes or fry the bacon😊
After 5 minutes of watching the beef being cut up, I gave up. Music doesn’t go with the video…..could be left out altogether.
This video could have been half the length. Personally I don’t think bacon/Spek is original and a Goulash without caraway seed is not the same. Mash potato with no seasoning? Sorry !

Sorry, aber das ist definitiv kein Gulasch (Pörkölt).
Beim Gulasch werden zuerst die Zwiebeln angebraten und dann das Fleisch zugegeben. Das Verhältnis Fleisch zu Zwiebeln beträgt dabei 1:1.
Ich kann mich ja irren, aber kiloschwere Zwiebeln sind mir nicht bekannt.
Das hier gezeigte Gericht ist ein Ragout, welches garantiert extrem lecker schmeckt. Ich kann mir dazu auch sehr gut Semmelknödel als Beilage vorstellen.
1) I make roast from beef meat and lamb. Instead of the pork how much lamb meat I need to put? 2) Usualy I put the potatoe peaces in the cooking pot 20 minutes before the finish of the cooking.

Vollkommen richtig es geht mir so auf dem Nerv das ich immer im schnellauf zusehe
Sie brauchen es ja nicht anschauen. Für einen Anfänger ist es sicher gut, vollständig zu sehen, wie man schneidet, wie und wann man umrührt/ wendet, wie es dann in der Pfanne aussieht usw. anstatt immer nur Ergebnisse präsentiert zu bekommen.
Über manche Kommentare kann ich mich nur wundern!!
Herrgott nochmal, es ist doch niemand gezwungen, sich das in epischer Breite anzuschauen, wenn er das nicht braucht / will: „Vorspulen“, ausschalten oder eines der vielen Schnelldurchlauf-Videos anderer Anbieter anschauen anstatt zu meckern😉
Hier sieht man wenigstens, dass und wie es funktioniert und dass nicht einfach irgendein Ergebnis zusammengeschnitten worden ist.

It's not goulash/gúlyàs. The goulash is a traditional Hungarian soup and not stew. If you want to know the proper recipe just ask me, and I'm happy to the help😊
Well, all the recipes for Hangarian goulash on TH-cam that i have found are in stew form such as this. I prefer stew over soup actually., sorry.

What CUT of beef are you using here for the beef goulash please ?
It is badly overcooked and then simmered in the broth for over two hours. Just about any cut of beef will work.
Warum so lange das schneiden und anbraten zeigen. Dann hat man schon keine Lust mehr auf den Rest. Das mag wohl gut schmecken, aber ist zu langatmig.😮

Hierbei handelt es sich bereits um ein etwas überentwickeltes, „deutsches“ Rezept. Das Original ist viel einfacher. Stellen Sie sich vor, was nur für den Hirten gedacht war? (Allerdings fehlt Rotwein!)

Goulash taste good but the music dont
In my 50 years of cooking I have made many variations of goulash but have never ever used bacon or hot pepper. Please rename your recipe. One more thing the music is just awful get rid of it.
Could have prep and chopped all the ingredients, then start cooking. The Chopping took most of the time than cooking the goulash.
